which players should leave Celtic this season, or what players will leave this season

Good article Tom. Read your Griffiths artice too and really liked the Kenny Deuchar comparison :)
I'd agree on all the exits. I'd hope Luca Connel can pick up the Hayes role next season once he's bedded in so I do think it'll be Jonny's last year. We don't need Hendry anymore and he may well get his confidence eleswhere but he's not Celtic class. We certainly don't need 4 first team goalkeepers so it makes perfect sense for Gordon to move on both due to age and wages. Bain is an ideal No2 to Forster (if he stays).
Sinclair just isn't fancied by Lennon and that means it's game over. These things happen. His wage and Gordon's moving on could well free up money for a Broony replacment (make Wanyama happend Pete!). Kouassi did cost a hefty fee and I'd assume had a wage to match. It's sad due to luck with injuries that he's had so little impact. There comes a time though where we just cut our losses.
I'd sadly add Ralston to that list. He's stood still and even when only fit right back he didn't play. Message loud and clear. And Lewis Morgan needs to up his game to avoid the hook. He looks like there is a player in there but rarely actually makes a real impact in games.

What has happened to Scott Sinclair? 3 years ago best player in the country by a mile, even the last 2 years when not at his best he scored more goals than you'd ever expect from a wide man.
Last Sunday when things were going tits Lenny brings on Hayes and Sinclair gets patched. I think we all like Hayes, hard worker gives it his all but Sinclair is a different label of footballer and far more likely to set up or score a goal than Jonny imo, so what's Sinclair done wrong to get essential frozen out the team?

Considering we were looking at Wanyama I'd assume that position was key for Lenny. Sinclair is a big earner in an area we have a lot of options. I think between Lenny and Pistol Pete there was an agreement you can have the defensive midfielder if the surplus winger on the big wages is punted. Sinclair it would seem didn't fancy the alternatives probably due to just having a kid never mind the drop in club size. And so Lenny missed out. Might be he's sending a message that the game is up for Sincy, get your house in order and find a club by January kind of thing.

For those who don't speak French:

Not much to add, Falcov. I can see maybe Brown retiring after this season -- maybe -- but other than that, we should keep everyone we have. Everyone is playing well, and no one should leave. I am not sure what you don't understand.
You would need to break Scott Browns legs mate to stop him being part of 10 IAR..

The only problem Niall is if Sincy wants to sit on that bench or in the stand and keep getting paid £25000 per week I dont think there is a lot we can do about it until his contract runs out..

I find the whole thing a bit weird. I understand Naill's point, off load him in the last window to free up wages for someone else, but that's past, so to attract any suitors in January surely it would be easier if he's playing. Also his contracts short so we'll make little money from selling him so may as well use him while he's here, quality player, probably our biggest earner sitting doing nothing, dont get it!

Me neither! Look how pumped up he was when he played against Thistle. I guess Lenny much like he did with the loan players last year just doesn't think he offers enough. Then at the same time has this blind spot for Morgn. I get Mikey and Mo ahead of him on form but Morgan has shown nothing to justify being ahead of Sincy

The other thing about Sinclair is IF he comes onto his game he's unstoppable, the chances of Morgan scoring 20 odd goals a season is... Let's be nice and say slim!
Lenny certainly froze out the loan players last season and I can understand that he was looking towards building for the future but it was risky dropping Weah and Benkovic 2 quality players that could have contributed in the run in, Burke less so.
Thought - Maybe Lenny is jealous of Scotty's excellent hair and that's why he dropped him, Scotty gets a hair cut to rectify things, all makes sense now! 😹

Or a wee bit of green eye monster over the missus:)

Both you Hoopy and Niall have your opinions about what should happen to SincyI also have an opinion,,but at the end of the day Sincy will have the final say in what happens to him.
We know he is not going to be sold,,we know he earns £25000 per week, and we know he can sit on the bench or stand until his cotract runs out in June..
I agree 100% mate with what you said,,put him in the shop window,,definitely the best place to sell him,but if Lenny does that then some first team member gets Sincy,s seat on the bench, cant see Lenny doing that mate,,I think he is too far down the pecking order..
I think the best he can hope for now is for Celtic to buy his contract from him for a reasonable price, this will let him pick up a few quid as a free agent, this way nobody loses..

He'll probably end up at Preston or such like on a 6 month loan in January and won't even get to say cheerio. Doesn't sit right for an Invincible if you ask me

Rogic and Simo a possibility but the others you mentioned will stay hopefully.
Two great players mate, but if Rogic keeps showing us his loyalties lye with Australia then I think it is time he moved on to some other team who are willing to repair the damages he receives when on international duty,,who are willing to pay his wages in full while

I have every respect for Sincy as player and man, most people would have been knocking Lenny,s door asking what is happening but according to Lenny he has never once complained about being on the bench,,one helluva team player,I hope as you say he gets a 6 month loan spell,if anybody deserves a game Sincy is your man.

Following the SNP story, seems someone has worked out the Daily Record angle.

What is it they say? Read the last paragraph first as that’s where the important info is hidden
😉
