HMRC Statement which contradicts MSM

They've been at it fur ages.....

Newcastle United spent £8m on Rangers' Jean-Alain Boumsong, a defender no other club was trying to sign. It is an extraordinary sum in the context of a deflated market.

Boumsong will sign a 5-year contract and bring to a close a saga which has dragged on since last summer when he was available on a Bosman-free from Auxerre and moved to Glasgow for nothing.

Souness Orange/huns connection......We are talking big money then

Maybe that's why Ashley is hittin them where it hurts....retaliation.....he's twisted like that especially with others who try and take the piss

No-one signing their name to the stories now, just put to print anything to deflect and keep the story on the front page, whats the story thats been hidden?

they do not get it, media desperate to save face run with ex tax man points out errors.

"The taxman said around £74m was owed for the club’s use of EBTs from 2001 to 2010 to pay players and staff as part of the overall tax claim. But if BDO’s challenge is successful it could drop to just £23m – with £24m penalties already wiped out by agreement and interest payments also cut."

The fact of the matter was when CW was given the keys for his quid, Murray informed him how to achieve the 18 mill to clear the banks holding charge and release Murray from the debt, the tax was been avoided at all costs, Murray was dumping the whole gig.

The taxman was too wide for the huns and shut them down, King himself had recommended the non-acceptance of a CVA, they played a long firm and the taxman knew he was been shafted, the flymen wanted to regain a business clear of any debts through liquidation knowing the SFA relied on the club for the TV rights and were willing to accomadate (5WA) and did, they even paid the services of Lord Nimmo to decide on the script they had given him, Nimmo made his decison on what was put in front of him and not what was available at the high court.

The media are stating Rangers will challenge this, what Rangers will that be and who will challenge it, Craig Whites Rangers or Charles Greens Rangers. Rangers were liquidated under the name change Rangers 2012, this is the name of the club formely known as Rangers Football Club PLC (1872) in liquidation.

The Rangers playing out of Ibrox is a new club and entity and it's creation provided the provisions contained within employment law, the players had the option to TUPE, this is not available to employees in a same company/club new owner takeover. The employer has the option to keep the staff in a simple takeover and he is also liable for the company debts.

The gullibears are not asking the right questions and are quite content to munch on the moonbeams once again, you cannot purchase shares in the open market and even if you could they are worthless, the new club is sinking fast, and is posting debt figures every year and are carrying holding charges for secured loans whilst fighting other fires with creditors and contract breaches.

This irony has a level of deliciousness which will be hard to surpass. His name might as well be William Mc Loyalist.
