Around the 33rd minute mark, honestly, I think thats just a coincidence that time is link where the referee standards are explored.

Now my understanding from what I heard is-

The ref panel can ban player if ref didn't see it.
But if he claims he saw it and didn't think it was unfair then panel cannot do anything.

The ref doing the explaining points out that thats the rules- so the rules are followed even if you think its unfair?

Notice, if ref is corrupt the rules protect a corrupt ref. If the missing fouls are claimed not to be seen then the panel can send you off.

So basically my take from that is, if the ref is corrupt - up yours timmy
If we want to take action on something he claims he missed we will.
But if we dont, then the ref saw it and made wrong call, sorry thats the rules.

No wonder VAR cant be introduced, cant be over-riding corrupt refs
And cant be taking instant action on stuff he missed.

VAR conflicts with Lanarkshire refs code book imo

Need to get this message out and listened to in this interview they explain basically as to how their dirty secret functions, this system is rigged and can be used to get players suspensed and in doing so would limit the threat to teams using the system and officials.
Listen to it and jugdge for yourselves.

Why did'nt they just admit "we're corrupt as phuq, so what"!
they did mate, just used double speak. Code of secrets. I refer you to the secret agreement about secret agreements. Nothing to see here move along Timmy. 3 match ban is well and correct, ref didn't see it the panel did.

3 match ban.

But thats no fair.

Who cares thats the code of the secret agreement that we must apply as custodians of the secret within a secret.

I refer you to the rule about the secret within a secret, all is well and correct, move along Timmy.

Oh Timmy, I should add, clubs cant die and we are going for 55 GIRFUY

And it now seems its only 3 in a row

consecutive titles only apply if the teddy bears say so. I refer you to the rule within the rulebook about fairness

It says WATP

Thats not all they can do, TET, they can even attempt to make the public question if this even happened. Most corrupt association in world football and that takes some beating.

"
Almost 20 months since the SFA’s compliance officer hit Rangers with two charges concerning their application for a licence to play in Europe in 2011/12, the ruling body continues to do nothing to take matters forward.

The last act of Clare Whyte’s predecessor, Tony McGlennan, was – following an eight-month investigation – to issue the charges against Rangers in June 2018 after sworn statements made in court during the trial of former owner Craig Whyte revealed that the board at Ibrox had been made aware in January, 2011, of money owed to HMRC regarding what became known as the Wee Tax Case, when payments were made to several players under the Discounted Option Scheme in an attempt to dodge tax.
