I lived in South Africa for a while in the 1980's. I had a mate who was a Ranger's fanatic. Every week he sent his gate money to Ibrox, in Rand, saying I can't be there in body but i can support the team in spirit. Eventually he got a letter from Ibrox. It was a beautiful letter thanking him for his contribution. With the Rangers crest. But pointing out that the gate money had increased and to stop sending it in Rand as it was costing them money to convert it to Sterling.

Castore to have been chosen as their kit partner.

"All of these clubs will be challengers, who are perceived externally as underdogs but who themselves relish the battle and have both the belief and expectation that they will be successful. A number of options were available to us when choosing our first partner - nobody came close to matching Rangers."

About hummel

We also look for the underdogs - those who rarely win, but where the soul, legacy and dreams are sometimes even bigger. Because for us it about more than providing quality jerseys and equipment – it is about showing our belief in each and every player, team and fan - as we are fellow soulmates in the pursuit of a victorious dream.

Typical 😅

Shouldn't be long now before the first legal case with Castore begins !
Other posters seeing it as a commission deal based on the more you sell.

Rangers seal huge Castore kit deal as details of new partnership confirmed
https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport...ws/rangers-announce-huge-castore-kit-22040424
How do they know it's a huge deal.
From the details supplied by Castore
"In a clean break from how things have been done in the past, Rangers Football Club will benefit directly from every product we sell. The more we sell, the more money flows straight back into the club."
That reads to me like the income will be based on a percentage of sales, rather than a fixed sum with bonuses for exceeding target sales. I'm not sure how that can be described as "huge" before it even. It may well be, who knows, that's the point.

There are no quotes in the story as to financial contract money so the deal can be anything and is a non story to give a feel good factor, focuses mainly on the things the gullies react to, no big MA, New Kit, Sponsors,Investment, almost like getting another the the new club .

when the story includes ''the worlds most successful club '' you know it's all made up shite

Read thier fantasy, been in business for four years, export to sixty Country's hope to sign more big teams in the next eighteen months,to really hype Their position in the market they have put down German and American products as inferior to theirs, keep your eye on EBay because that's where this lot are going to end up,if thier products were that good they would have been bought out, then its how sevco are going to have a Megastore to sell all thier wares,I worked in retail for over 30 years and never read such garbage don't think anybody will be shaken in thier boots after reading this blubber still as they will be selling to idiots who knows???

"we don't want winners, we want tryers"
I'm sure they will find their ipox experience exceedingly trying.

The Castore brand is sold only online ( or in the Ibrokes Megastore - soon to undergo a £250,000 ;) revamp according to a''source '' at the Big Hoose ! )

Orders over £150 are delivered free - so at today's prices that will get you two T-shirts ( £60 each ) and a pair of shorts ( £65 ) , or a sports Bra ( £45 ) judging by the number of the tits in the Union Bears .

These are the prices for normal people - for THE PEEPUL , with sizes starting at XXXXXXL ( and that is just the weans ) these are going to cost the Klan big money !

Sadly their online sizes only go to XL in T-shirts - so expect to see a lot of bare flesh among the Union Bares ( see what I did there ! ).

If I was going to buy a house with the roof leaking and the yard looking like garbage; I'd expect them to fix it first or take it out of the price. Seems to me like everything is being shined up for sale. Be that a fire sale or a new knight of the grail. Luckily, they have top men on it like Park. An honest career, selling used cars.

Another case of 'Smoke & Mirrors Inc'
Anyone can get a slick website done up
Adidas,New Balance,Umbro, Under Armour, we've all heard of these companies
Castore nope, never heard of them
Check this out from 2018
Liverpool based eh ?
Slippy G, must have an 'in' with these chancers, wouldn't surprise me, in the slightest

castoffs name will be on th ejersey just like hummel and puma but SDI will be doing the retail deal ,until ashley comes out and says he's done with them then it's all just smoke and mirrors

it must be the only retail deal announced that has no figures ,,,,real ones attached to it ,if it's so great someone should ask how much they will make off each sale ,,,what percentage goes to the club

8 yrs ashlys had them by the nuts every year he's squeezed tighter and never let go

Chester and Liverpool are not far away. Read something about possible links to Slippy and it came up with nothing. Wouldn't read too much into it if I'm honest.
