Celtic Pets

Might take the wee fella when it opens back up looks good
Used to be Baltic, even at the height of Summer
The Bay Hotel used to be full of US sailors back in the day, so the 'Dunoon Dollies' would frequent the place
Gourock is/was a nice wee place
Mind you, the Cragburn dance hall, was the scene of some 'battles' as some of the Glasgow teams would come down to party, of a weekend
The Cloch was another favourite haunt of the locals, for a bevvy
Glad you posted that, takes me back to my formative youth

Great shot
Mon the wee man
Used to drive round to Crianlarich and up the 'Rest & be Thankful'
It's good to see you're getting out and seeing some of the places, that most take for granted
Wish I'd travelled around Scotland a bit more, as a kid
People pay thousands just to come and look around

Was in there many years ago. love driving into Inverary and you see the castle as you round the bend, then the high street, with it's whitewashed houses and shops
Me ex mother in law, lived in Strachur, the back of beyond, but the Creggans Inn was cool
Tartan carpets, peat fire burning and Richard Attenborough had a house nearby, he used to drop in, and when he did, he'd say "Call me Dickie"
And then he'd buy the whole bar, a drink or six
The West Highlands, beautiful place
