Coco's dream

So Coco the IN clown dreams of vast riches pouring in to Ibrox via 3 "stars", the highlights of 2 posts.

Three Rangers players have been linked more than any in the squad with big money moves out, and for a combined total of potentially well over £30M, into £40M.

Alfredo Morelos (Rennes), Borna Barisic (Roma) and Glen Kamara (Marseille) have all been plugged as headed out for big sums of money, and while other players have loosely been mentioned too with sales, it’s these three who look most vulnerable.

Morelos, of course, will leave if the right bid comes in – reports are that Rennes are readying a £15M package for the Colombian, and we’ll see if that bears fruit.

Borna Barisic has been long-linked to Roma, and the new contract made no difference. The comparison has always been Kieran Tierney and how Arsenal signed Celtic’s own LB for £25M. Rangers would expect a Croat international in the same position to fetch something near that
Stade Rennais have reportedly prepared a circa £15M bid for Alfredo Morelos as the French giants prepare to make the offer imminently.

As for Alfrodo, this is what £15M+ gets you.

15 alfredos 😂😂😂😂

They've been trying tae punt el crapallo for four transfer windaes, received one bid £300,000!!! who are they trying tae kid, oh, wait a minute! 🍺 🥳
When Hun Radio is your PR department and old farts from a bygone era can still sell you moonbeams then you are a nugget of the highest order. Every player on the tributes books is for sale to allow the fleecing, the Ibrox sheep pen is once again open for business.

Todays Coco's whatever is sadly unavailable. I popped in to see what words of wisdom he had to share. Unfortunately he's been silent today, or i'm blocked,, but not a word from him. Maybe he's been looking in to the Coco's dream and realised what a complete arse he is, or maybe it's just a day off and normal lunacy will return tomorrow. £50M for Morbidales' explains his absence, and he's got a big "exclusive", with accompanying poll to see if anyone cares.

It' fair to say that poor Coco canny catch a break. One day it's £40mil in transfers the next it' silence. Then the whole world caves in. SDI, AAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHH, they're still here running our retail.
Oh well, enjoy the pain.

A month or two ago we ran a piece on how Castore and Rangers were still effectively in the ‘hold’ of Sports Direct.

How the new retail partner appeared to be working for Sports Direct.

We were happy to be proven wrong, and we were pounded from pillar to post for this report.

We retracted the story after, frankly, the kind of abuse we wouldn’t wish on any of you.

Yesterday’s emerging story that the new kit is in fact only available from Sports Direct is deeply troubling, and is effectively what we reported many months ago.

Ashley’s grip on Rangers appears to have continued, and a statement from the club clarifying matters is expected at some point albeit we’re not sure when.

Fan reaction has been predictably angry, that we were told Sports Direct were gone – actually, no we weren’t.

No official release on the Rangers website ever confirmed that, only a vague reference to certain deals being concluded and new ones starting.

But the story did spread wings and it became ‘common knowledge’ Sports Direct were gone, even though it never got official direct verification.

And after yesterday’s revelation from the sports giant, tens of thousands of pre-orders are very worried indeed that they’re buying from Sports Direct and not from the club.

We’re not committing to anything here – we cannot know for sure what SD’s press release meant – but we are certainly waiting on the club clarifying this one way or another.

Over to you, Rangers.

How much longer can this farce continue?
How much more wonderful moments of comedy gold?

The neve ending story that is the Alfrodo transfer saga. Will they, won't they bid, offer, actually lift the receiver and call us. How hard can one club - with a national press backing - find it so hard to sell a nutter.

The Alfredo Morelos story developed further yesterday as the first major PL side took interest in bringing him south, with former Real Madrid and Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton now monitoring him as a solution.

It comes fresh off the back of his agent’s denials that anyone had ‘offered’ him to Italian giants Napoli, and only proves interest in the Colombian is hitting fever pitch.

As we discussed with you recently, there were at least four sides interested in submitting bids, with Rennes preparing one too, with the understood starting point said to be around £15M. With a cash-rich Premier League now stepping up their desire to bring him to the biggest league around, it only further enhances the snowball effect building up over him.

Marseille, Dynamo Kiev, Bordeaux, Al Duhail, Rennes, Everton, apparently Napoli and a glut of others are now all very much in the hunt for his signature, and there is little doubt Rangers will get the asking price for him.

That asking price is said to be around £20M, and Everton can certainly afford that – it really is just a matter of time before the Colombian gets his move.

He wants the PL, so the Everton interest will be the one he’s most excited about – and it wouldn’t be the first time Rangers have sold our star striker to Goodison, with 2012’s sale of Nikica Jelavic still fresh in the memory.

We’ll be hoping for more than £5M this time, preferably without being effectively swindled on this occasion, and we can finally put Morelos behind us and move on.

Coco dreams, Follow Follows the hype, and eventually the "undisclosed" fee will happen. If a fee ever happens.

Sevco are obviously desperate to get shot of the rancid toxic fker. He's done absolutely fk all against us in 13 games and just isn't in the class required to stop the 10. In their desperation they'll accept anything round about 10 million but will anybody actually offer that much considering he's won the square root of fuck all and brought nothing but misery and division to the hun dressing room. Me thinks not HH

Funny how every team that's ever in the RACE for his signature seem to just evaporate ,must be some race that the press never seem to realise he can't get a work permit to play in the epl as he dosent meet the requirements
