Things that could stop the ten ?

I believe Ivan Tony is holding out for West Ham money and seems the type to spit the dummy out, might not be an investment worth touching, seems a bit of a waster if you ask me and has not exactly got much going for us to rant about and raise the bar to ensure he is in, you come and play and sort your differences with West Ham whilst playing for Celtic or just fuck off.
Just my IMO and may be a superstar but until he makes his move I reserve the right to my opinion om him.
You are probably right boab in what you are saying, maybe I jumped the gun a wee bit if I did it is only because of the frustration brought upon us at every transfer window, nothing seems to be simple for us,we are always chasing the cats tail at every window.
I dont nescessarily want Tony but I do want someone who can handle what we will get thrown at us this season, big Cosgrove would have been my pick,no skill but no mug either..
He let you know he was there..

HH

Pearse Brosnan and Liam Neeson get together with Gerard Butler, Brian Cox and Aidan Gillen. Somebody says "hi what about Samuel L and Morgan Freeman" then they get involved in a mass shootout, samarai swording and general righteous muthafukkaness at wherever UEFA hang our and the EPL becomes the ESWPL and Celtic leave little league football in the past

My replies to my own questions are at the bottom. I hope you guys'll respond to each question separately
1. Is it just me or does anyone else think THEY pumped us in the final ( even though we won it ) and they dominated us on 29th December ( even though the stats said we did okay ) ?
2. Dec 12th 2017. I think we're 62 games into unbeaten run and playing shite for last three or four games Lusto clears off line in 87th minute to preserve unbeaten run - we AND the team go nuts as if we've won a major trophy
3. We laugh at THEM scraping the bargain bins for players while I see quality acquired cheaply in Barker, Kamara, Bassey, Davis, Arfield and Hagi to name a few.
4. I believe P.McG is more or less on the mark regarding THEIR trading status but money is coming in somewhere and King has apparently implied nefarious groups within the shareholders ?
MY replies.
1. Celtic by numbers 3 or 4 weeks ago indicated that they were closer to catching us than at any time in the last 4 ? seasons and after the winter break I think they lost Morelos, Arfield and Jack for a spell ( consider us without Broony, Calmac and Eddie )
So they're not as far out of the hunt as we think
2. I thought the pressure to maintain the run ( mainly by us ) eventually affected the teams performances badly and I fear the pressure to get the ten may do the same ( I hate the 10 in a row song )
3. I remember a former player telling me that Barcelona were great and knew they were great but he believed their humility and RESPECT for every opponent was their greatest strength. Are WE Fans becoming guilty of misplaced hubris and contempt for the opposition ?
4. They seem to be doing a Houdini with the finances and I believe if they can add a few dyed in the wool but skilful players like young Ferguson and Shankland and Dykes to their squad then we could have problems.
5. Wii the standards of officiating this year be cause for concern
6. Should I change my avatar to Celtic Doomsayer ? 🍀🍀🍀😂😂😂
Your questions are solid mate ,defo.
hopefully my ramblings might relax you slightly though..
to point 1, Gerrard "eventually"found a system that could contain our "ludicrous for Scottish football imo" formation of 1 up top...
Lennon will destroy them this season with 2 up top and 2 cutting in,
and our squad quality should count against injuries, which would affect them more..
point 2, this for me epitomised celtic as a team.
were not just winners, were "fucking" winners.
Every member of that team knew the stakes AND the goals, only me and you can speculate on the pressures. What I seen over the whole piece of the season* 😭😭,including blips was a team full of winners.
As far as the 10/infinity goes hopefully the burden of the 9"it was equalled but will never be replicated" will only have hardened into an even more hungry team..
On point 3 I would say the players you mention in your question are the level they are at, which is has-beens and I've made its ...not winners...
your answer,, becometh champions 😁😁
4.. history says finances at ibrokes have always been unfathomable until the shit hits the "THEIR FANS"..
And other than shankland, who has got that is he, or is he no, quality about him.
The rest we have seen and don't make them better, individually or as a whole.
In essence, the whole operation from top to bottom at the stadium john brown played for🤣, is not sufficiently setup to compete ...
The answer to answer 5 is...
what more dastardly and underhanded shite can these transparently incompetent dicks "as in,fulfilling their mandate" do we aren't prepared for.
😉
6,,,,,,,,
and this is important, NO 👍
join me on a "journey 😭" on the way to 10/infinity and beyond....

Neil Lennon is a lad from a Nationalist ghetto in Lurgan and he has had the state and society attempt to forcibly impose second class status on him all his life. I don't like him; he's a townie and an Armagh man. But I'll tell you one thing; he knows what it's all about. The paradigm has shifted and he can see it. We have resisted every depredation they have imposed upon us and still we emerge victorious while their futures are inextricably tied to the corrupt decay of imperial collapse. Tiocfaidh ár lá!

OK !! I'm relaxed 😂😂😂🍀🍀🍀

If we get off to a flyer and start pulling away I can actually see them doing this BB and if there are a good few games to go they may just get their null and void.

SPFL should make it clear now that null and void is strictly off the table if the season has to be suspended again. 30 games or above then the league can be called, 29 games or less then the league has to be brought to a conclusion when it's safe to do so.

That way everybody knows where the land lies before a ball has even been kicked and there can be no underhanded bullshit like that taking place. If anybody out there thinks they wouldn't sink that low then they've no been paying attention for the last 8 years because they fucking would and they'd take delight in it.
We awe no thrm
34C is great, but prefer a 34D 🤣🤣
Was a triple d man maself but they were breaking ma back😜

Another way is get somecunt sent aff at pitttodrie for proper 50/50 ball that the Don's man win aye it was a hard tackle aye if done wrongly it cud cause untold damage to a players career but there was no injury I thought it was a crackin tackle maself at that pace I thought the player done well no doin him tbh

I say 20 years ago that was a great challenge but it is a red card all day long these days. He jumped in studs up (to block the ball and not to play the man) and was straight legged (I think this is the bit that hurts opposition players rather than just the studs up bit, as there is no "give" in the tackle as it goes straight through the opponent). If the sevco player hadn't rode the tackle then it could be a bad injury.

I see too that Morelos is getting to continue to belly flop all over the pitch trying to win free kicks and get opponents in trouble, without any action from the refs! He gives us fat bastards a bad name!

We have a challenge this season I have no doubts. We are short at the back, cbs and full backs. Rather defence was sorted out properly than get another striker in. As for officials imo wouldn't worry about them. Mistakes happen in every game, you could bring in foreign refs and mistakes would still happen. It's very high stakes this season so players will be edgy and mistakes will happen. Let's all get behind the team and what comes end of season will come. In conclusion I really believe this is going to be a tight run in. Won't be much between us and them would settle for the 10 by one point. HH.

Agree with that although it looked to me as though the sevconian went in with a two footed lunge but Considine was quicker and went in low, ref could have sent either of them off imho.

They have a system in place for playing us as last season it almost worked but they went to Dubai and came back fighting with each other whereas we came back and fought to win. Their fans are an entitled lot and some of our younger fans don't know much about losing the league and expect the team to win it regardless ,nobly takes one injury and a couple of players out of form and the picture changes. Over a number of season we have seen European teams expose the frailties of our wing backs getting caught up the park its the way we are used to playing in the league where 9times out of 10 we don't have to worry about it but it's there. If we get to the group stages brilliant if we don't it won't be the end of the world but the financial loss might see a player getting moved on to fill the void. The transfer window is open later so that gives a better chance of getting players in than before.
