I do not have a clear opinion on Gavin Strachan because WE cannot really assess his qualities but I have to say this guys. He was trying to give instructions to Griffiths as he was preparing to come on and the ignorant bastard did not even have the courtesy to stand up from putting his shin pads in to listen to his instructions. I believe that it showed a total lack of respect for the coach and the team and for the first time in Griffiths Celtic career I thought "That ar*e should not get another effing game this season " :mad::mad::mad:

Griff has been a fuck up since the start of the season BUT Strachan Jr is trying to show him shit on an ipad, if he actually has instructions to give just tell the player, speak to him! Its not really the time for power point presentations. It might explain why this season has gone tits up.

I remember years ago McLaren in F1 refused to change to wet tyres because the computer said it was dry, even though it was clearly pissing down. My point is computers have their place but I don't think one is required when all that needs to be said is go out there and score a fucking goal son.

Heard Hibs sniffing around him. Cannot see another manager keeping him, he has blown his Celtic career I reckon and only barring a miracle will he rescue it, but the clock waits for no man.
 
There has been a total lack of professionalism throughout this whole celtic set up this season as far as I'm concerned.
On the playing side I would accuse griff of being the worst.
Was expecting a huge season for him especially after getting back into the Scotland squad, now I would be amazed if he made it for the euros.
Think the time might have come when we say goodbye along with a host of others
 
Not sure i agree with most of you, yes Griff has fucked up at times & coming back unfit was bad but how true was it, the management team have been saying all along players have been unfit right up till after Christmas now who's fault is that. Watching the team they don't look fit even now, yes we can have ago at Griff but at times not sure it has been all his fault, Lennon even said he was not fit enough then played him the next game. Think most of the players have been shit for long periods the season. Yes we expected more from Griff but not been give a chance at times. Having said all that he might be off & if he is i will wish him well.

Would you say colbhoy it would still be in our best interests to keep hold of griff?
I personally think we may have seen the best of him.
I would also say lennys man management skills regarding griff seem to have been non existent and would make you wonder if they actually do see eye to eye.
No idea how long his current contract runs for, and with our striking options not looking to great as things stand it's also a worry looking ahead
 
Griffiths and Lennon have not seen eye to eye way before this season started due to lack of game time, I personally think Lennon has mismanaged Griff in particular along with a host of others.
Lennon couldn't mold any kind of harmony within the squad albeit a half dozen should of got the gate in the summer as they had no interest of securing the Ten.
Anyhow I ain't a fan of conducting a real time football match on an I-Pad.
A few verbal pointers and get stuck right in.
 
Griff will give us goals if he stays fit, that's his only problem, not just physical fit but mentally as well. Here in lies the problem will he stay fit, no injuries & of sound mind, mentally if he is playing & enjoying life it looks good but will he be injury free? If all good he will score 20+ goals a season, can we give that up?

Like your reply Hoopy but wether it was an i pod or a sheet of toilet paper it was still a blatant show of disrespect imo and just more ammo for the SMSM snipers
 
Most of us would give one of our testicles to play one minute for Celtic, without pay as well...These entitled mother fuckers continue to pick up their pay packet and treat our jersey with contempt...yes theirs a lot wrong the the manager and his staff at the minute but what is going on is akin to a mutiny..you know what happens to those that mutiny? They walk the plank and every one of them ( except maybe a small few of them) should be told to jump up on that plank and do one

Thats the quandary Colbhoy - He's our 2nd best striker by a mile but he seems have gone rogue

For this one I put the blame on the player rather than the club CT and its not sudden with me because even at the start of the season he returned in disgraceful condition for a well paid athlete

Clarke wont tolerate anything less than the utmost from his players, Griffiths will be behind steven fletcher and mcburnie unless he performs a complete turnaround in his behaviour and performance levels. I honestly couldnt believe it , his tee-shirt protest aimed at us. Weve stuck by the guy far longer than any other would. Lennon has mismanaged him and others, and i think the old style hardman manager has had its day at top clubs. Like Lennon, Mourinho and Tuchel who I couldnt believe his antics on the touchline v Southampton the other day acting like a spoiled brat and taking of Hudson -odoi after bringing him on for 30 minutes even though Hudson was the player who engineered the penalty that led to Chelsea's equaliser
