Another must win and yet again coming after they get to play their game first.
Don't see many, if any, changes from Wednesday. Maybe Abada for Forrest? Bench will still be as weak offering very little attacking options.

Hart
Juranovic CCV Starfelt Taylor
O'Riley Bitton Hatate
Abada Giakoumakis Jota

Subs - Bain Ralston Welsh Jullien Scales McCarthy Soro Forrest Moffat

Hopefully a flying start and blow them away in the first half.
3-1 win, GG to score again and add to his 3 goals in 4 starts

Totally agree with you Gary and can't see any changes to the starting line up myself, except for the one you mentioned.
Course the 3 points is the most valuable, but also hoping that we can get the 3 points in the bag early for a change.
Would allow us to tighten up the midfield with the likes of scales, Mccarthy and josip to rest up and protect our more influencal players like hatate, Jota, O'Reilly for Wednesday and the Derby.
Hopefully even Jules could get a run out at some stage tomorrow also
Celtic 3-0 win

I think it will be same team as Wednesday but i would like to see Scales in for Taylor and Jullien for Starfelt but the latter might be abit risky in a must win game..I think the more game time Forrest gets we willl start to see him improving as hes been out a long time..If Berti Auld really rated him who am i to disagree..Win with no injuries is vital and no sending offs ..Agree with you John about bringing on the subs to save the big players for the Glasgow Derby..I think 3 v 1 win

Snap Steviebhoy with regards Scales in for Taylor

I'm a Taylor fan.. terrific improvement this year...has a great attitude and spirit...always first to square up at a flashpoint and is a team player..for me, Scales needs to learn the game a bit more.. potential is there but long way to go before he's a starter IMO 👍

Julie needs a game..United at home is perfect for him

Euan Anderson is the ref and he was shocking in our home game against Motherwell..The foul count was crazy considering how much we dominated..His biggest criticism was his handling of St Johnstone v Rangers* when he WRONGLY overturned his own pen award to St Johnstone after a min and a half after he was surrounded by Rangers* players ..He needs to be watched closely

How will Scales learn more if not given game time? Taylor gives 100% but for me is very limited. We need more than squaring up to other players. We need the player who offers more to the team and as I said, in my opinion Scales has more in his locker

For me Taylor is a decent defender. But Scales offers more going forward and his height is better for defending set pieces where the opponents are lumping the ball into our box, and I think these are more important attributes for playing Dundee Utd at home.

Hopefully we are well in front and can bring Jullien on for 20 minutes run out to start to get his match fitness up. Possibly introducing him alongside CCV & Starfelt to see how 3 CBs might work while pushing the wingbacks further forward. I wouldn't be starting him in this game after being out for over a year.

I think he will rest O ‘Riley for Wednesday and drop Jota into the middle. Play Abada and Forrest wide.
4 0 GG hat trick

Big call LB, even though its a possibility, would be a very surprising call imo.
O'Reilly said after the game on Wednesday he had played in nothing like that with the noise on Wednesday, well wait until what he's got for himself tomorrow, and even more so on Wednesday.
Need him to get use to the surroundings ASAP and hope he don't suffer from stage fright , don't think he will all the same.
