One year ago today...Ange arrived.

I mentioned it on the day last year ...Myself and the wife took a wee notion to go up to Celtic Park that day and applaud the big man in to Celtic Park.
Was an underwhelming experience... I think about 30 people turned up maybe understandably.....I think looking back now its just how Ange would have wanted it.
Just thankful he's here 💚🇮🇪👍

I'll be honest don't think I'd heard of the guy, if I had heard of him I'd clearly forgotten about him. A few days after he joined us our man STG sent me a video of Ange at Lennoxtown putting the Bhoys through their paces, since then I've been sold on him. He's united Celtic fans like nobody since MON, I mean come to fuck we're not even chanting sack the board anymore! The man's a miracle worker!

I was the same hadn't heard of him but remember saying to my brother nothing else for it but to get behind this boy.
He looks like he has united the whole club.
Dont want to get ahead of myself ...appreciate the reality is it's still early doors but can't wait to see what he does next.

Luckiest fuckup in a Celtic board's history. Saved from the brink of revolution by the aussie athenian fenian.

Postecogwho?
Postecoglueeee... snorted the Huns and their servile SMSM acolytes.

Well har-de-fucking-har now ya tramps. Back in yer box. Back in yer place. Big Ange got yer number without even buying ye a zambuca and lemonade. And soon, ye'll be well fuc...

From the moment young Welsh overlapped down the left wing against Dundee I’ve been sold on this man. Ange has brought smiles excitement and just joy to us when we were at a very low ebb.
Its just been great with the3 0 thumpiing of them a personal highlight.
More power to your elbow big man.
HH

Very true sandman, as won't lie at the time I was absolutely fuming about giving us Ange as a manager at the time.
Was nothing against Ange as such, as believe anybody is worth a chance to prove there worth in the club, it was the anger I felt towards the board and the way they conducted themselves over the entire previous season, the worst I ever had to witness and the likes I hope we never have to see or witness again.
On paper the appointment of Ange was possibly the biggest risk any Celtic board has ever taken imo, yet it still remains unanswered as to weather it was a brilliant decision or a lucky one taken by them, regardless it has been a magical one all the same.
I could never have foreseen us to be in such a powerful position as we currently are, with full confidence of becoming even stronger still.
Already gained a squad that is already on par, if not already above the joys that the MON bought about imo.
The biggest compliment I could give Ange, is the disappointment of the 10 has been very short lived and having Ange as our leader now is arguably a bigger and better achievement than actually gaining the 10iar now imo.
Still feel foolish about how I actually felt at the time, to now going into a new season with far more excitement than the 10 ever bought about for myself anyway.

Ange is the first Australian to manage in Europe. He has spent his life aiming for the top. If he can have the squad of his choice we will be able to win against anyone. This is personal.
