Oh you can guarantee that the media up here will be linking Ange with this and every other vacancy down south for the next year or two. It goes with him being excellent and our media being desperate to chase him out as they only want what is best for their team.

The difference between Ange and Brendan is measurable
Brenda was born into Celtic remember, Ange had no affinity but clearly gets it
Ange talks of his joy and his desperation at being at a 'proper club' and knows he's a custodian of a great institution
Rather than make everything about him, he deflects praise.
Wins an award and ensures his team get the credit

I get the feeling if Ange didn't have to do another presser/interview, he would be happy
He's a man of obvious integrity, steely determination and masses of confidence as opposed to arrogance

i love his outlook, we have a style, everyone knows it, just try stop it
i also love his reticence to look for any excuses no matter, injuries, referee's etc are irrelevant, we have to find a way within the group to overcome whatever

i've said many times before, Ange will leave us at some point, he's heading to the very top with the attributes and style he is successful with.

but we will have him until Pep chucks it and he will leave with our blessing

Couldn't happen to a nicer, opportunist snake. Despised him from the moment he slabbered about dreaming of playing for norn irn when we played at Windsor Slum against Hunfield.
Ange wouldn't touch Leicester with a shitty Hutchence.

That is the same point I made repeatedly on here when he was still with us. He definitely has a lot of fantastic skills. He goes into a club, builds up a select group of the players so they improve by being thoroughly prepared and made to feel like they are the best in the world.

The problems start around the 3rd season when his too often poor recruitment, burning out his best players by never resting them, his desire to prove how tactically astute he is by cleverly playing players out of position which too often fails (e.g. playing CalMac & Raheem Sterling as left backs in bug games) and players getting fed up of his patter.

I will always love the entertainment Rodgers gave us when our manager, but he was an arsehole the way he left us. Having said that, I have moved on and personally would welcome him back as a visitor to Parkhead (probably in the minority I know) and do not wish him any ill in his career. I think he is a goner at Leicester but he will be back soon enough at a club like Wolves, QPR, Middlesbrough, etc, as he will give them a couple of years of good football which is considered fairly long term in these modern times.

i savoured every moment and will never forget it

his recruitment was awful and if im honest his style of play was so possession based that in Scotland, it meant the 4 defenders had more touches than the rest of scotland combined on any given day

He chose his bed. If it is full of nails now, let him lie on it, and stop whinging about lack of money. I always felt he and Slippy were on a fast track to the Championship. But it may not be with their current clubs.

He’s a good manager, but “could” be a great manager …..but his “ego”gets in the way, will probably be gone by middle of next week, he’s finished in engerland, probably take a 6 month sabbatical tae count his money, then go abroad, probably Spain or Italy or France as the speaks those languages fluently

I have no time for someone who is a liar to your face. A wise man once told me "you can keep your eye on a thief, but you can't with a liar".
The cracks start appearing with the rat towards the end of his second season wherever he is. Players start to cop on that he's a bullshitter and the wheels come off.
I have no sympathy for him or Leicester as I distinctly remember they laughed their heads off at celtic supporters when the rat jumped ship. So what goes around comes around for both parties.
 
He's definitely someone who left thier mark at celtic he done an unvincible treble that in itself is pretty amazing.i don't like the way he done a moonlight flit but he was good for celtic.the thing about managers is the better they are the less time they will stay at a club unless your one of the top clubs in the world like Alex ferguson at man utd but if he wasn't successful he'd a been dumped.im very impressed by ange he got great integrity and he's somebody who gets the way the msm works you just don't mess with him I wish he would stay at celtic for 10 years but who knows what will happen so let's enjoy this 1st rate man and manager while we have him.

Every vacant managers job that comes up in the epl some rag is going to print ange for this club or that club.id say its not an easy job at times but linking a good manager like ange to any job in England is one were thiers not to much thinking being done it would probably be a case of putting anges name and the club that's just sacked thier manager.

in life, i have a saying that's oft used by me that surmises my view on the snakes departure
if your going to stab me, i'd rather the front than the back

my maw had 3 golden rules, don't lie, don't steal and what goes on in these 4 walls is for no cunt elses knowledge

so my ill will towards him is because of the manner in which it happened and the way i was brought up

funnily you mentioned second season. the cracks started to appear when the stories of his China or HK offer to dembele surfaced,

then look at dembeles hasty departure and his messages at the time

i know who i believed and it wasn't the man who left only one coach in the backroom staff of almost 10, beacuse that guy (JK) refused to go

i hope his implants fall out the cunt
