January Rumours - Merged

At least we are in a position to buy unlike sevco trying to get players in with a option to buy, thier buckets empty they may not even see the season out making promise,s they can't keep if as been said 10 mill required to see out the season there is no logic to assume they will have any money at the end of the season a pig in a poke offer

Casualties and Celtic's Transfer Window End Game - Niall J...

Ffs Niall does that I have to stay up to midnight tonight 😂😂😂😱, I wont be holding my breath thats for sure.

I wonder if Man City have any left sided CH's they ain't using 😉

That's us having another winger injured, we have Shved. That we might need to get in cover, we have Shved. That we are light now with Sincy and Captain gone, we have Shved. That lack of cover might affect us, WE HAVE FUCKING SHVED.

GIVE THE LAD A CHANCE. YOU GIVE A CHANCE TO A LAD WITH THE BUILD OF A FIRST YEAR PUPIL.
.GIVE HIM A CHANCE FFS!

From Evening Standard twitter in last 5 minutes.....
#thfc in talks to loan Wanyama to Celtic. Spurs appear to have given up trying to get £9m for him this month. Deal not finalised but it is expected that Spurs will pay a chunk of his wages. May also include an option to buy but not yet agreed.
I think a loan deal with a buy option for Vic would be great business. Forking out 8 or 9 million plus big wages for a guy who's had a fair few injuries and not played a great deal would be a risk. It would be fantastic if hes as good as he used to be, a real shot in the arm for the title run in.

I'm a fan of Taylor and admire Jonny Hayes as a squad player who will always do a decent, if unspectacular job. Bolingoli was poor on 29 December and the fact that Neil Lennon has shown there are consequences is no bad thing. I can't see the Bauer loan option being taken up and we seem weaker at right back with both Frimpong and Elhamed out injured. James Forrest playing at wing back with Taylor on the left works well so that's the way to go - so that leaves us short at central defence especially with Jozo's knees and Bitton / Elhamed out. Bring back Benkovic today!
He's knees aren't to good either so we could be buying another injured replacement for our other injured replacements

Last day dodgy knees transfer deadlineday :ROFLMAO:

First up Vic from £12 dropping to 9m with an option to buy , standing (see what a did there ) is his dodgy knee

next up Bencovic his dodgy knee was spotted at the loganair terminal waiting for a flight (
glasgow 12.30)will he arrive in glasgow injured and ready to replace his other injured country man

A lot of chatter about Vic but I always think the, we tried but couldn't get it over the line, statement is being practiced as I type.

His knees are a worry. But if fit, he gives us another technically gifted warrior to stand up to the Huns who we have been a fucking joke against recently. I won't be getting overly excited though as experience of losing out on players is the way we roll.

They don't need to spend a fortune if we continue to tread water and Stoke up cash instead of forging ahead. We still need a CB and if Lenny doesn't give Shved a chance then another winger too. Soro will provide cover in midfield before he securers a regular berth.

Going to be a day of heart rate increases everytime I receive a message. Come on Celtic let's not just settle for hoping. That money is to improve us. Use it to do that FFS.

Sky now saying in talks with Spurs for bid Vic.
but we won’t get it over the line as per P Lawwell SOP shame love the bid man bulking huns all over the shop. Mm lovely thought

HH 🍀🙏

I'm hearing Amazon delivered a portable defibliator to get Lawell through the day. He went for a cheaper option, obviously, that had failed to do the business for its now deceased last owner. Lawell is hoping it works for him though and has faith it will.

I think I will be cutting and pasting my decade long response to our transfer window ambitions. As we all know we are in a battle with a deed club who have to borrow a pot to piss in who have remarkably a chance of toppling us. When I say remarkable I mean predictable as our board use hope and faith rather than ambition and fight.

Talk about a bunch of fucking shitebags?

Let's hope they grow a pair today.
