The Content of the Dossier Revealed

They are trying desperately to stop us being declared the Champions but the most important rule of the SPFL they cannot ignore. It's Rule A3 which I quote below.
Severability A3 Each Rule shall be construed separately and, if any Rule or provision in these Rules may prove to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining Rules which shall continue in full force and effect.
For the benefit of the lurkers who will obviously need a translation the key word is unenforceable. This means if it is declared that the season cannot continue then the rule about 38 games having to be played is unenforceable. That means that only the enforceable rules apply. The team at the top when the season is declared finished is called the Champion and the team at the bottom is relegated. The moment the SPFL declare that the season is ended then the remaining 8 matches are unenforceable. There is no rule about null and void or asterisks. Celtic are The Champions yet again 9IAR.

If the sevco rangers do go into admin or subsequent liquidation AGAIN, there MUST be NO ESCAPE for them this time.
The Celtic shareholders, RES 12 guys, Auldheid, me and EVERYONE that's been cheated by the filth in 2012 must make sure they get what they deserve and more....this time.
No five ways about it, no LNS, no Duff and Phelps, no BDO nor SFA / SPFL collusion or underhand jerry manderings, IN FACT there must be an independent arbiter that makes sure UEFA and the Law of the land applies THIS TIME.

Players and staff at Ibrox who were gullible enough to accept deferred wages assumed and believed that they would eventually be fully paid even if a bit late. They are now starting to realise that they have been conned by the board and are now just unsecured creditors. Join the queue. Insolvency is a serious matter for any company and trading whilst insolvent puts directors in criminal status. Anyone who is owed money by Sevco needs to get paid this week or they might see nothing at all. The only reason for deferring wages is that there is not enough cash to pay them and the expected season ticket money is not forthcoming fast enough. This has all the hallmarks of a cash starved company on its last legs. Will they still be trading when the SPFL dishes out prize money or will it just go the liquidators?

Yes you do !I think the song was actually from "Only When I Laugh" rather than The Likely Lads (James Bolan was in both, and yer man that played Victor Meldrew was in it too along with the posh git from "To The Manor Born"). It was set in a hospital ward where the same wasters/patients just dossed about in dressing gowns every episode getting up to really hilarious fun!
