Latest from Auldheid Re Res 12 - Merged

They presumably thought that this was a good day to bury bad news. However, it stinks so badly that they have given themselves away.
.......................

You have to laugh.....one of the architects of the 5 way agreement.....namely the Masonic Rod Petrie.....gets to decide if the matter is sent to CAS.....where else in the world could this possibly happen with the possible exception of North Korea.....this insidious cabal needs to be removed...

A CEO not reading the 5 way agreement , a document which had a major part to play in scottish football ,would be a dereliction of duty
Yes, exactly, and if he didn't know about it (a highly unlikely possibility given his interactions with the SFA, SFL/SPFL and UEFA) and got wind of its existence, he would be expected to make every effort to find a copy and read it. Can we hire Jeremy Paxman to ask him about it?

Excellent post JC. However, I can't help but think that Lawwell, or someone high up within our organisation, is implicated in this and so why our hierarchy are so unbelievably keen to sweep this whole scandal under the carpet. Sadly I now believe that this means we will never see justice for this cheating by both deidco and the Scottish football authorities, no matter how much our dedicated fans point out that this is indeed an open and shut case of corruption in our beloved national sport.
So what they our board and the SFA are saying is ''it's a rigged game, move on '' so what's the point

kinda put's a dark cloud over this Celtic family ,a club like no other spin when the head of your family hangs you the support customer out to dry

The lost revenue ,the cost to supporters customers spending money every year on a rigged game

When did Celtic know ,was it when shareholders approached them or did they know long before then ,,,,but let it slide

Auldheid, Ernie Lynch, I do believe that enough fans care, I wish I was rich, I would fund a case myself. However as a very small man I am more than happy for Auldheid to set up a legal fighting fund, I will be more than delighted to contribute £100 per month for as long as it takes, Feck the CSFA & any incarnation of them, do it Auldheid, pull the trigger. a family like no other does not lie to it’s family in this manner.
Maybe instead of buying Scottish Cup semi-final tickets from the corrupt SFA, Celtic fans could contribute the equivalent cost to such a fighting fund against the SFA.

On Res 12 …

A breakfast thought which I shared with Auldheid in the event the board do or say nothing in reply to the SFA’s puerile response re the Licensing issue …

to change my mind about leaving my ST refund with the club but instead collect it and put in towards a ‘fighting fund” for an independent review to uncover the truth.

I reckon £8-10k per 100 ST holders willing to support a review independent from the club and judging from the ’show of hands’ at the AGM resolution we should be able to make a decent start.

Of course the club board may take the issue further but after their worrying responses at the AGM, I won’t hold my breath. Plus I have real concerns about those who were involved in the 2011/12 Licensing decision and those who were involved in the SFA 2019/20 making the “matter closed” call now – some familiar faces !

We need to know the truth, warts and all. This ain’t going away – some of us do have the appetite.

He should add to that keep the CSA well away from any decision making

Does anybody think if Lawwell did forward this to UEFA that they would deal with it honestly.
Im not saying that he shouldn’t but UEFA as an organisation in my opinion are corrupt to the core have been for decades.
I think they would take the SFA side and dismiss it as it would be damning for them if a member association was found to have fraudulently gave a club a licence to play in their competition.
I may b wide of the mark but it wouldn’t surprise me.

Exactly - he should have been battering down doors and kicking up shit to do everything possible to demand a copy so he could see it and study it in detail. Instead several years years later the smirking git just shrugs his shoulders and lamely claims to have never seen it.

Yet again you just witnessed that mob mobilise every possible mouthpiece demanding justice and integrity (when in fact they were demanding the very opposite) to try to take advantage of a global pandemic that is killing tens of thousands. Yet Celtic's board tried to shut up our own fans who were disgusted by the cheating and corruption that there is clear proof on - including court testimonies admitting what had happened from the main culprits within Ibrox! It is truly mad.

Celtic Shareholders Latest – ‘Any individual or legal entity with capacity to act may have recourse to the services of the CAS’...Niall J

Fighting talk! well said Niall.Let's see how far we can take this,if we can get behind Auldheid with crowdfunding, even in these troubled times so be it,if it embarrasses the board,so be it,i like many other's did not appreciate being stabbed in the back on Tuesday and the knowledge that our board were complicit made it worse, persistence beats resistance!

From a supporter,not a customerHH

I do like the sound of the crowdfunding but not as much as the book. That would be a belter of an idea!

We have heard the same story for a very long time that Peter Lawwell has never read the 5 way agreement which he has admitted to twice I believe at the last 2 AGM,s.
If this is true we need to ask the question which I have never heard being asked..
WHY Mr Lawwell have you never read this agreement, surely he has to answer this question if asked by the shareholders,or will he tell them... it was not in the best interest of the club...

HH.

perhaps he got it through audio?

You dont read audio?

Could be a pharisee deflection if he said I haven't read it.

May be true but does he know the intimate details of the agreement,
despite not reading it with his own eyes?
