If they try to cheat for sevco and deduct points from us, what do we do?

If they ban the Aberdeen players then it will effectively be a points deduction for them.
I cant remember any club being deducted points for failing to control their players

If they start docking points from teams for something that happened when the players where effectively on their own time then the league would be in chaos.

How many videos do we see over the season with players acting like dicks.
Would Man City accept a point deduction because Kyle Walker banged a couple of birds.

It would.end up.where matches became irrelevant and the league would be won by the team who kept their players in check better than the rest.

Any way if we win every match from now on that should cover off any points worries.

If Celtic had held onto the receipt and followed my advice for Boli, we should have taken him back and demanded our money returned under the Trades Description Act 1974. If he was a defender, Michael is the leader aff of the Temperance Fucking League. Fundamentalist Wing.

They can't do anything to us without doing more to Aberdeen.
The huns and their main cheerleader and head fuckwit Boyd want the points awarded to the other teams.
So Kilmarnock get three points but we only really lose 1 point as that's all we got.
So the next cry will be that the points fornthe games we didnt okay should be awarded to the Teams we should have played.
So we've lost 9 points in total.
They jump up and down thinking they one the league.
Now I think this should and would be a red rag to Lenny and Celtic.
So we go out and batter everyone including them 4 times and win the league.

Secondly let's look at the other end if the table
Aberdeen are already on the brink by their own admissions.
A massive points deduction could kill them off completely
Then what happens to the relegation battle
What if St Mirren stay up with points they didn't even play for.
Can the SFA keep going to court because of their stupid desicion making.

Celtic and Aberdeen owe the SFA SFA
When the Europa / UK / Oceianic league is formed we can walk away without any worries for Scottish Football.

The rules that were broken mate were not football rules, hence the professor Leitch been called in to inform the SFA you need to put things in place for the future and clue the players up on what they can and cannot do going forward to protect the game, you cannot breach what was not in place.

The red tops and fuckwit players who write for them are earning corn of nonesense do not buy them or read them if it means handing over money or commercial gain to them.

Of course one thing the Huns and their media puppets are claiming that clubs should be in control of their players at all times.

I wonder who was controlling ex Liverpool player John Flannagan when he battered his Mrs in the street.
Only one club in the U.K would employ him after that episode.

Or a Mr Steven Gerrard when he assaulted a barman for changing a c.d. without his permission.
He only walked because he was tried in front of 12 fine and honest Liverpool fans.
Maybe some of our more journalistic members could do with looking into Mr Gerrards more nefarious gangster connections.

So the law isn't something that yhe Huns are all that bothered about when it suits them.

Worth a wee visit to Campbell Ogilvie's exit from the SFA.

"In the interests of good governance it was absolutely right that this was the case," he added.

"I am proud and privileged to be president of the Scottish FA during an exciting period in its history. I have an excellent relationship with our chief executive, Stewart Regan, and the board of directors.

"I would like to thank them for their support throughout this process and look forward to new and exciting challenges ahead at the Scottish FA."

Meanwhile, the Scottish Premier League has asked for documentation from Rangers' administrators regarding players contracts and registrations.

As part of their enquiry into whether the Ibrox club broke SPL rules regarding the improper registration of players, the SPL have asked for all relevant documents to be sent to them.

Those are expected to be delivered in the next few days.

The SPL solicitors are currently investigating claims of double contracts being issued to players which would be a breach of the league's rules.

If Rangers are found to have broken the rules then either the SPL board or an independent commission would deal with the matter.
.........................

How’s the investigation coming along?.....Have they come to any conclusions?

Living in this current generation ye would need to have a 50 point check list just to leave the house nowadays .
Bureaucracy gone Ape shit.
A bit of cop-on would go a long way.

Most teams have played 4 matches and there is a good chance that there will be further COVID disruptions in Scotland. Footballers are not renowned for their brains. Points deduction is not an option that is even available. Our Club is completely blameless. Only the player can be sanctioned. We have the best lawyers in the country. The Masons who run football in Scotland can bump their gums but we will prevail. Put it all aside. Focus on the CL game that's next on the list. Then the next game then the next game and then look up for breath at the end of the year.

(y)Protocols were in place and approved on inspections. health and safety was watertight cannot compensate for an idiot in his own time but on return to work was shown to be safe when tested under the protocols reuired to capture anyone showing covid symptoms,

I'm reading there is to be a meeting that could retrospectively punish us for Boli with a points reduction. Totally outrageous as there was no rule set, but, they will try anything to stop the 10. If the cheating bastards do this, what do we do, apart from legal action? I think it would be time to seek entry to another league. This to me would be the last straw.

What was in place again, thats right nothing as Daryll Broadfoot once said just a wee blip.

NOT SURE IF THIS IS TRUE, BUT HERE ARE TODAY'S RUMOURS OF A MASSIVE FALL-OUT AT ABERDEEN FC:

Aberdeen fined the 8 players 4 weeks wages which has caused a lot of upset amongst several players.

Bryson AND Devlin have had their contracts terminated. Should be confirmed today/tomorrow, McCrorie has been signed to cover their positions. McInnes and Aberdeen only spoke to the player and The Rangers yesterday and got the deal done. Hibs are furious as they had agreed terms and a deal with The Rangers.

Cosgrove and Mckenna have both handed in transfer requests in light of their wage fines. Both will be sold as their is interest in England. Jason Cummings looks to be on McInnes watchlist with Shrewsbury town having been approached. The board have shown interest in a swap deal with Ethan Pinnock from Brentford F.C for McKenna + cash.

Logan, Hedges and McGeough are apparently the others to leave.

No surprise, fully expected the 8 of them to be hammered by the club, Bolingoli’s next.....
Don’t see what the rules the hun management team have broken, they flat share round the corner, it’s probably their local, although should be careful, managers have been known to be “bottled“ from behind in Ashton lane....Oh, hang on that’s just ours.....😡.....GBNL💚🍀

Are players and managers allowed to go to their local then??

Is there a legal precedent for punishing a company for the actions of an employee when not at work?
Any retroactive rule making would surely be destroyed in court. However....Scots court, Goat abusers as judges and brown brogue wearing lawyers anything is possible in unFair Caledonia
