Goal, Glory, Confession, Griffiths, “in a nutshell” – “I let myself down, my club down. I let everybody down”

He always poses a goal threat too, Kelly. Something that N'Tcham has been lacking in lately.

I still think there's an absolute star waiting to burst out of Olly, but there's been more mediocre days than great days recently. He had a great opportunity to pull all the strings yesterday, but decided that it would be better to play sideyways and backertys. Big Tam only knows how to play forward thinking. Knowing his luck, he'll get some freak injury playing tiddlywinks during the international break.

Would sit Rogic down and say look mate your in the twighlight of your career you can win medals play in europe and retire a happy man , of you can go on another international jaunt the other side of the world and end up yet again on the treatment table

Ntcham isn't the answer ,Man city couldn't find the star and he wasn't a great stand out in the snakes time , we've seen some flash's of a player but they don't last ,Lennys shoehorned him into the side and from what i see is he slows the play down ,plays the safe pass and has no strings to pull

we live in home but lifes to short

Klimala was signed on a four and a half year contract so we already have him in the bag for the long-term. I doubt if PL will renegotiate both their contract just yet due to the current uncertain economic climate. I'm all for 2 strikers in games, but kelly has already persuaded me to start with all 4! I guess we still have Jack Aitchison to come on as sub to bolster our attack if we really want to go gung-ho...
Sorry BB Aitchison has signed for Barnsley so 🤷‍♂️

That's a disappointment. Yet another highly talented youngster who disappears without ever getting a chance. Why do we bother spending all that money on all these successful youth teams if they continually fail to break through?

Were to big a club under pressure every year to win and bring through some youngsters but we don't bring through enough , the scrapping of the reserve league didn't help and the development leagues not all that great

Fans want results they want top players and some don't have the patience to let players bed in given a chance and see what they bring to the table

This 1 up front nonsense doesnt suit us, BR introduced it when we really only had eddy as the sole fit striker to speak of , sometimes partnered with Sinky who did a decent job has to be said. We are a club that plays our best game on the front foot , always have been always will be, to get the most from that philosophy and culture that's inherent in the clubs style of football we should always play 2 strikers even if one is laying deeper than eddy say a target man to lay the ball off as big bad john once did, again something weve not had for a good while , had high hope's for Bayo in that role. 1up front? That should be plan B if protecting a decent scoreline in Europe for example. And since were pish at defending leads in Europe for me we must play 2 strikers. Or 4 if you insist 😆 I'd love to see it . We could do it most games as well. Outscore the opposition and keep a clean sheet in that order its the Celtic way that weve all grown up with, its led to incredible glory and incredible heartbreak and that's what following Celtic gives excitement on another level. If we play 1up front in the upcoming derby, well , let's just say as a Celtic optimist I'll be less optimistic than I'd be if we played 2 up front. Lenny has to know this and I'm praying that hes been experimenting with formations and personnel for this game and knowing lenny ( I dont know lenny figure of speech btw) hes done just that and now he knows who will start that game but our bench is mouthwatering though some recent injuries have diminished it allowing young welsh back in , great because I really rate him . This derby is bigger than any Europa league group game v milan or anyone for that matter. Those who chose Europa over 10iar in the recent 'Petrov poll' will I'm certain change their vote if they could come kick off in that fixture. Ok I'm away to lie down for 5 minutes singing to the choir ☘

Young Calvin Miller another gone to the newly promoted Harrogate Town I think and that bhoys record for our reserves was something else btw free scoring regularly so good BR played him as a LB fs he might have scored or broke through if played in his position and was really unfair of BR twat

With Eddie possibly out its our next most experienced strikers time to step up and do what he done against St j, he's done it before and he'll do it again the huns hate him because they fear him, is it just luck he came on against stj and scored Eddie gets covid, no its the work of the gods, fate has griff ready and bursting a gut to be the villain for the huns and a hero for the hoops Mon the hoops, Mon the griff, if not the griff there's always the yeti

Nothing lucky about griffs goal and hes returning , though not up to full speed yet and this is fantastic news for us. Eddy is most likely out of the derby ajetti is trying to get up to speed as is Griffiths that leaves klimala (a diamond of a player and possibly our best signing of recent times) if ajetti, griff and klimala are all up to speed I've no worries about the derby game. A slight concern is that whilst we are winning all our domestic games, is Laxalt up to speed? Hes experienced enough to play but that doesn't count for much in these games. It's too early for me to predict a starting line up for the derby just pray we have no more edouard situations with covid and we are settled in now . HH
