Has Broonie chucked it.

If there is one thing I could change about SB it would be to encourage him to shoot from the edge of the box. He often gets the ball in a good central position but he almost always passes sideways and the chance to shoot is lost šŸ˜¬.
And he can hit them , we've seen it from him, can only think that in training he mostly misses the target and so doesnt want to waste opportunities

He's done it the hard way ever since he first took the decision to join Celtic.

Heard all that shite fae BFDJ and the hack-crack addicts in the Scottish press stating that he was a certainty to sign for the huns and the fact that he signed for Celtic showed his true mettle.

Dire first season added to some heartbreaking family circumstances, meant that he was always on the back foot in his first few years with the club. I think the turning point was when he got it right up Diouf after equalising in the cup game. Not only did he boss the game but he became a cult hero at the same time.

Seemed to be on the way out when Ronny left. Didn't think he was Brendan's type of player, but that meeting with the snake appeared to work wonders because he was outstanding that season. Not only as an inspirational captain, but also as a genuinely great footballer. Still a huge presence the following two seasons, but he's only human and time takes it's toll, especially when the basis of your game is physicality.

I don't think he has it in his heart to chuck it, but he must look around him and wonder what the fuck is going on sometimes? Broonie is entitled to ask who else is prepared to take responsibility and lead the team - so far, no takers.

He appears to be a realist. He hasn't thrown any strops when he's been taken off or dropped. He's probably wondering why he's been playing as often as he has?

We have to be realistic about his physical capacity to play that role. I've no doubt he's as fit as anyone at the club, but it's the short, sharp bursts and the split-second reactions that are catching him out. It's not his fault - as most of us know, old age is a total bastard and doesn't even give you a wee heads up before it strikes.

Can't wait to read his book though, especially the chapter about this season.

What you want and what you get are totally different theres far too much emphasis on one bloody season!!!
But we never lit the fire. We knew the huns died 2012, the media pretended they did not and decided to start the narrative that the huns were out to stop it and were going for 55, a 2 year old could tell you, you cannot turn a 8 year history into 55 titles. The huns have 3 lower division championships and a Petrofac(fact) cup

It's alright... Ryan Christie has got those shots nailed with his silky left clog.
At times, he looks as though he's got his boots on the wrong feet
I can't fault his effort though, he fights for every ball and I believe he'll come good again
There's more than him at fault for our midfield woes, Ntcahm for example, he flatters to deceive and deserves to sit on his arse on the bench
Playing Ntcham, is like playing a man short
Broony, is our leader and he'll lift the league trophy at seasons end

Some say he's too selfish and always looking for a shot. Last time i heard is that's how you score a goal. Compare that to Eddy who feels the need to dribble it through 5 players.
