Go it alone

Aye but are you a millionaire like Stevie??😂
...got to be close Tony........ working the stocks for a few years now as I'm moving electrical to one side.. slowly.. Boris has effed up the British indices and nothin' has happened since pre Covid, so switched to the American Dow and Nasdaq....after the FX is paid its still far more lucrative...( look for meme stocks and short squeezes)
NB.

British stocks are nowhere near back to pre Covid levels (7749 points on Feb 16 2020) (crashed to a low of 4244 points on Feb 25 2020).........whereas today its 7151 points Dec 01 2021 11 am.)...... still 8.5% down nearly 22 months later!!

...compare this to Wall St..... 29755 points on Feb 19 2020 (standing at an all time high) then crashed to a low of 18664 points on Feb 28 2020. close.

But the S&P 500 AND both Dow, Nasdaq had fully recovered by Aug 23 2020 (less than 5 months later) and ended that day on an new American all time record of 29945 points and still rising today to 34483 points Dec 01 2021 11am. (almost 11% higher)

Britain is effed up and I don't see it recovering for at least 5 years from its reaching point projected market place of 9500 points today...roughly 3. 5 trillion £'s down from where it would be but for Covid.!! (£3 and a half thousand billions).
Covid has destroyed our country's reserves and considering the world's 11 richest, and largest markets, we are in 11th place and are the only Indices not yet fully recovered out of them all...as above.
Brexit and Covid has absolutely devastated our economy and it's nowhere near finished yet...next year is going to be much much worse than at present.
Food banks will be hit harder as less will be given away to help others in greater need.
Nothing bothers yanks, they don't give a shit about anything that goes on in the UK, Europe, China, Japan, Brexit or Covid ...for at least a week anyway!

Boring stuff but I have to pay far more attention working as an electrician... while earning half as much as I do just reading reports from indices all over the world...... and enacting on it......... but how hard can it be.

A Stocks and Shares ISA pays no tax...at all, no-matter how much you earn on your shares ...including dividends.... its been great for me....and I wish everyone who can do it the very best.

Me, ...well I did help out in many ways, and will again when my hip op recov gets back to normal, tho its taking an age just to walk again.
Apologies for the long post bud.

..got to get feeding the strays and walking the kennel dogs now ..asap.
All the best to you mate and our entire Celtic nation.

Had both my hips done Jc and once the pain from the op goes away it’s like being reborn. To walk without pain again is amazing 👍

Thanks Mik.
Had it first done in June 15th this year and out the very next day as it was going great... was almost running after five weeks, til a hellish pain started suddenly on 20th.July.
I thought it had come right out of my leg at one point. It just completely seized shut and locked up immovably.
..and that was taking it canny as instructed for eight weeks.

Was rushed back in and they re-opened it next morning ...that was it for next 4 weeks in Ninewells.

Its not been healing very well and nearly 5 months later.

Was told having had it opened up for the second time in a few weeks. it will slow the second repair far more because the healing muscles and ligaments have been interrupted as they knitted into the first repair.
Likely it will go into a hiatus for some time until they click in again.
However, I think that's just started a couple of days ago but its a tenth of the speed of what the first op's was.
Missus and I had to give up our season tickets this year because we'd miss most of the games because of it.

If there's a spare couple of cup final tickets going and I was walking better I'd take them tho.
:)
HH mate..
