A Scottish league player accused of match fixing to help his friends win almost £14,000 has been cleared.
Elgin City forward Kane Hester denied being involved in a plan to get a yellow card during a match against Hibs in 2019.
Charges against Mr Hester and his co-accused Calvin Parrott and Brodie Myres was found not proven by a jury at Dundee Sheriff Court.
A fourth accused, Findlay Soutar, had been acquitted earlier.
The trial was told that Mr Hester had exchanged messages before the match against Hibs in which he agreed to deliberately get booked.
His friends had bet thousands of pounds online on him being booked. They won nearly £14,000 when referee Willie Collum showed him a yellow card.
During raid on Mr Hester's home after the match police found £2,400 cash. He told police at the time he had been paid the money by his friends.
But the jury accepted Mr Hester's claim during the trial, that he got caught up in the moment during the match and forgot about any agreement to deliberately get booked.
Mr Hester declined to comment on the verdict.

Barcelona face charges of corruption over payments the club made to Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira - a former vice-president of Spain's referees' committee.
It emerged last month that Barca paid Negreira and a company he owns a reported total of 8.4m euros (£7.4m) between 2001 and 2018.
A Barcelona court heard on Friday that Barca, former club officials and Negreira had been indicted for "corruption", "breach of trust" and "false business records".
These lawsuits, brought by the Barcelona public prosecutor's office, target the club, as well as former presidents Josep Maria Bartomeu and Sandro Rosell.
"FC Barcelona obtained and maintained a strictly confidential verbal agreement with Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira so that, in his capacity as vice-president of the technical arbitral committee (CTA) and in exchange for money, the latter carries out actions tending to benefit FC Barcelona in decisions by the referees," said the public prosecutor's office.
La Liga chief executive Javier Tebas said last month that current president Joan Laporta should resign if he was unable to explain the payments.
Laporta responded by saying he will not give Tebas "what he'd like by stepping down" and the charges come three days after Laporta insisted his club had "never bought referees".
"Let it be clear Barca have never bought referees and Barca have never had the intention of buying referees, absolutely never," he said on Tuesday.
Barcelona made payments to the company totalling a reported 1.4m euros (£1.2m) between 2016 and 2018, and paid Negreira, 77, about 7m euros (£6.2m) between 2001 and 2018, the year he left his role with the referees' committee.
Barca acknowledged the club had paid Dasnil 95, which it described as "an external technical consultant" to compile video reports related to professional referees "with the aim of complementing the information required by the coaching staff".
It added that contracting the reports was "a habitual practice among professional clubs".
The affair escalated when 18 of the 20 La Liga clubs issued a statement to express "deep concern" over the situation, and Laporta said the club would launch an internal investigation into the payments.
Barcelona coach Xavi, who won eight La Liga titles with them as a player between 1998 and 2015, said he had no knowledge of the payments and never had the feeling his team had any advantage.
"I always wanted to win, but fairly. If I thought we were cheating I'd have gone home," he said after Barca's 2-2 draw with Manchester United in the Europa League last month.

Watching Celtic TVs On the road at Tynecatle and though I know it's been covered on here more than once I cannot but be so impressed watching calmac in this video.
How he's taken the armband at the club and really stamped his mark on it and made it his own has been super impressive, blown me away tbh I had slight worries that the club captaincy might take away from his attacking game, and whilst that's maybe been the case he and others more than make up for it.
To have Broony as a mentor must've been the ultimate for Calmac and in this video you can see him in the warm up at still empty Tynecastle drilling the message into the bhoys .

Anyone see this 'story' appear at the weekend?
Not heard anymore about it since or before then and there probably is some truth in Celtic scouts are watching Liverpool that would make sense.
£30 million rated no2 /no1 in waiting doesn't though unless Celtic are stepping up a level and I can't believe that but I can imagine what it'd be like if we were throwing that kind of financial clout around.
Imagine the squad Ange could build with that dosh on top of what he's doing.
What hes doing here as hes demonstrating doesnt require that amount of finance the competition or lack of doesnt warrant it and so definately under the clickbait header for this.

The penalty that was the trigger for the Leipzig capitulation at the ettihad last night was a shocker had Bernabei signature all over it
The ball did hit his arm but its pathetic this the defender couldn't see tbe ball like Bernabei it came from behind no common sense.
