If nothing is done to strengthen the squad, at least one starting quality defensive midfielder at a bare minimum, then in context of Celtic-win-10-in-a-row, then not bothered at all if we go out, the Europa is a inconvenient risk.
The stats show last season was too close and sevco still have at least as good of a squad, likely improved somewhat.
We can be positive as our attack is very good and to be fair to Lenny he has the attacking midfielders pressing like the early season of BR, but that's not a replacement for readers of the game and holders of the ball and blockers of attacks in midfield.
Think the defence can be sorted as there is some quality there, but Broony on his own is going to be exposed and defence and goal opened up by default.
May even mean dropping Broony to sort it, but doubt Lenny has the cojones for it as a possible no win risk in that.
Basically really disappointed nothing has been done for 2 seasons at least to fix the obvious flaw in our set up.

This is a defining character moment in our team. How will it react to defeat? Will it just be accepted or will they collectively resolve never to experience that pain again. Last weekend the All Blacks lost heavily to Australia and will play them again tomorrow. Another loss would lose the Bledisloe Cup. No one has ever tweeted 'Australia wins the Bledisloe Cup' because the last time they did so was before Twitter was invented. Next month the Rugby World Cup begins in Japan and NZ have won the last two World Cups. No team has ever had a threepeet. Compare and contrast the mental fortitude of Celtic and the All Blacks after an unexpected loss. Which team is mentally resilient?

For Glasgow Celtic to be worried that we might not beat this mob, is a result of year on year failure of our board to continually improve.
Again we have had Lenny going from 5 to 4 to 3 to 2 players needed. No midfielders. No strikers, three defenders, two of which deemed not good enough to start. One plays but shouldn’t be first choice either.
Out of the CL. Tactics and subs beyond belief. Now talk is we don’t have money.
If you set out to destroy us as a Sevconian you could do no better than our board of shitebags over the last three seasons in relation to pushing us out of site. Under their stewardship we have gone backward year on year.
Lenny should have owned his ballsup rather than diverting the failure away from him. We all fuck up, but we need to own them, we should have had enough without better defenders. We failed because every single decision Lenny made was disastrous. Big Packy said it was naive. It was worse than that.
We need to invest. If there isn’t enough money, which is farcical then Dermot needs to put money in as a loan as his counterparts do across the city. Is he a supporter at all if he doesn’t?
Let’s be clear. This has been coming after we did fuck all last year and we now had so much to do. Still no excuse, and Prague woukd have put us out because, again, all the players promised are not with us.
Lenny fucked up on Tuesday but the board have been the real cause of our year on year decline. I absolutely detest them all.
