Yes and No, Brim........money doesn't automatically make the problem disappear, but there's less likelihood that skilled, experienced, and well-trained workers would leave in the first instance.

These good workers spot any nonsense a mile off, but when a bad people get a foothold, it starts a culture of abuse. It might start off with verbal stuff, but escalates quite quickly.

The whole sector is a giant revolving door, Brim. Have a look on a job search engine like INDEED and count how many support worker jobs you see. The Trustees don't care about standards, lower wages equals higher bonuses and dividends for them.
