Bernie Ecclestone

Apparently Wee Bernies, hung like a horse. Money & big bobbie, the wumin must be throwing themsels at the wee fucking dwarf.

On tae F1, in my younger days I was into all motorsports, always liked speed, had a Ford escorts mark 2, loved that wee motor turned it into a rally car, ma Da & I entered it in the Trossachs Rally we completed 3 stages before I lost it going round a corner on the 4th stage & hit a tree.

We agreed we'd rebuild the car & enter it again the following year. Unfortunately ma Da was at SEA, so my twin sis became my Co driver, all she done was scream "OH FUCK WUR GONNIE DIE". We completed 4 stages, the 5th was a 7mile sprint, unfortunately I hit a jump to fast & damaged something on the oil side of it & the finish line in sight the engine blew up. Couldn't afford the repairs or the time, had met the Mrs by then. F1 for cunts that like tae watch, must like watching paint dry

Formula 1 is shite now
It's better now than it's been for years. The only constant is Hamilton who is the best driver weve ever seen , he still has 2 records to catch Schumacher but the fact that he's close to it is outstanding. Hes now got le clerc, Vettel, verstappen and others to contend with but he rarely makes mistakes and has won the last 2 seasons in a car that should have been behind the Ferrari

The drivers now though have so many driving aids
Jim Clark IMO was the best racing driver in history..no question πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘

How can I explain F1 to a non driver

1000 Bhp that's about 7 times more powerful than an average family car, and they weigh 600kg that's less than half a normal family car weight. So let's call it 14 times the power to weight ratio of a family car.
5G lateral cornering forces are normal, an emergency stop in a family car might hit 1G....

I'm wasting my time ain't I?

You are wasting your time mhate people either love it or hate it. I'm a dedicated f1 follower for decades, since the days of wee murray and his 'GO ! GO!GO! . I have converted many people into f1 fans and those who dont like it , even those who hate it , all and everyone still loves the start. Theres something about 20 cars travelling at 200mph trying to reach that first corner first. People who hate it will watch the start and no-one crashes and they say "uch boring" 🀣 that says a lot .

They do have too many aids but so many that they are almost a hindrance. The drivers themselves are the first to admit that ( too many gadgets , KERS, DRS , MIX 3 etc Clark was an incredible driver, the only driver to be world champion on 4 and 2 wheels. The sports changed so much since those days, we have our own jacky Stewart to thank for the safety side of it now. His 3 WC's , so many drivers died in that time. It's a testament to the strength of these machines when you see mark webber a few a seasons back travelling about 100 metres upside down through the air and walk away without a scratch.

Think Bernie's had a turbo fitted with DRS and KERS at his last gp appointment, good luck to him. His oldest daughter is in her 60s I think , now that's endurance fs πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ€£
