Here's a thought ( a 600ml bottla San Miguel does that tom me ) I actually wanted to make this a thread to see how we all felt about this. I'm not sure we'll win the ten but believe it or not I think the way we go forward after this season is more important. Like every other business/industry this virus has f*cked football as we know it and I really believe that the global economy will take YEARS to recover. We all know revenues have been devastated, player values will drop, purchasing power will be severely diluted European competitions will be less lucrative without fans and a lot of clubs will go to the wall and despite our consistent contempt for the board they are not stupid with the clubs finances. I have a notion that the way forward in terms of economic survival as a club will be to jettison high value loanees, sell ( if we can ), high earning players going out of contract and acquire as many homegrown talents as we can to supplement what we've got. To that end I would sign Porteous ( Hibs ) Ferguson ( Aberdeen ) Ali McCann and MacNamara ( St Johnstone ) Campbell and Gallagher ( Motherwell ) to supplement Hazzard, Taylor, Frimpong Connell, MacInroy, Welsh, Turnbull, Soro, O.Connor, Johnstone, Harper, Afolabi, Robertson and the remaining senior pros Bain, Barkas, Elhamed, Biton, Julienne, Laxalt ( I hope) Mc Gregor Forrest Johnstone Griff Ajeti Klimala Dembele . In the aftermath of the ten attempt WE MAY HAVE TO give youth a chance in the face of economic chaos
