Brazil and Phil say 'trouble at mill'

Alan Brazil said the Sevco shitstorm is about to go Hurricane Dave any day now on the radio yesterday. Phil follows up on that and speculates that there could be an attempted coup against Squinty, Slippy G could get thrown under a bus, Big Mike could ask for asset ringfencing when his compo is decided next week, close brothers, another use of Phil's fave Dave King cumface pic and much more which is not quite the 'boy that cried wolf' material of the past but enough to suggest there's a major 'event' in the pipeline.
Now that Celtic are starting to look like a formidable team it really would be the icing on the ice cream and jelly cake if the wheels fell off their tribute bus before Christmas.
They know it too. The mounting hysteria probably has a lot to do with their planned hate marches tomorrow.

Think Brazils comment was guess work the 23rd will let the world know what Ashley got awarded ,from then on it's a case of join the dots

Factor in both phil n JJ hinting the first tranche of damages wasn't paid then again it's guess work ,keep your ice cream in the fridge for a wee while longer it seems it' more about them getting their blogs posted before the 23rd to win the bragging rights

King got the knuckledraggers on side gave them all there wants plus he has clunk 1872 ,so any boardroom shuffles won't in anyway be as easy as being made out

Then again i could be talkin 💩

'.. A set fee of 750k ? a pre pack admin .'
+++++++++++++++++++++++++
That sent me to read up a little on 'pre-packs'
And honest to God, if ever there was a legalised form of robbery that gives carte blanche to people like some of those lying, devious, unprincipled and unscrupulous felons that we have read about over the years, it's the use of pre-packs to stiff creditors!
The historically much-lauded 'invention' of 'limited companies' and 'limited liability' and the 'corporate veil' allows absolute scoundrels to profit from debt-laden companies and then bunk off with swag without any real penalty;with many a Tulkinghorn-type lawyer and low life financial adviser there to share in the booty.
Bring back the debtors' prison! Or at least mark with public shame and disgrace those directors whose incompetence and /or criminal tendencies damage others

Isn't this how Craigy Whyte became a 'billionaire'. He was something of an expert at leveraged buyouts and asset stripping but in the case of Rangers he had a cunning plan to ditch the debt and start afresh. He would have got a away with it too if it wasn't for those pesky orks. How ironic that Whyte could have delivered them a debt free club but they ran him out of town; just like the American with all the money and Big Mike just as his people were about to get the finances under control.
Thank fuck for the pathological stupidity of huns.

Would be an interesting development.

But I can imagine they have some dark arts with company innovations that will be utilised with special secret handshakes, all for the benefit of the greater good of the game, of course.

No special rules for the club that cannot die.

I remember back to the Craig Whyte days when it was suggested he buys companies that are dying assets strips it, then passes the new company over to a whole string of criminal types, all with the deliberate plan to make as much mess as possible then pass it on to next rogue for maximum mess, that way its impossible to unravel who made what mess or when, then voila, a real saviour turns up with the caveat that all the mess gets removed.

1 set up innovation that clubs cannot die
2 set up innovation that club intellectual property is the club
3 set up the mask that everybody else is to blame (it was him milord)
4 the clean ip gets transferred for nominal fee to new company willing to save the institution
5 get everybody looking at crimes worse than fraud
6 do it all right at a huge financial abyss (Brexit) where 100s of clubs in uk could go off edge of a cliff

If you had 7 years foresight through the handshakers who like to innovate then they could make a killing and the mess is so big at time of serious general discontent then its unlikely they could ever be successfully prosecuted.

That of course would mean Brexit had been planned many moons before any referendum, and that suggests more than fraud. that would become a paranoid illusion.

funnily enough the huge financial crime discovered in boiler rooms all over uk never gets investigated and if your not in eu anymore then its unlikely to ever be prosecuted by uk courts since it alleges many members of house of lords make billions each year from shell companies located all over the uk.

why would they chase minnows like the peepo, if they can point finger at the big players hiding in the shadows protected by the unique laws in the inner city of London.

look up the city remembrancer role in house of commons

The man that hides in plain sight and nobody can give you a straight answer to his powers

The city lobby and the glorious revolt are connected

under eu law they can be investigated by higher authority than their puppets

Perhaps Farage and Boris and the klan have the autonomous financial power brokers of world wealth to protect

Exposing the similar scamming on low level scale might lose the bulldog that protects the entire charade?

No doubting john clark he's been following the switcheroo since 2012 , pre pack with a 15 point hit in 9 in a row season

wouldn't surprise me it would make a lot of sense if Ashleys gonna get over 10m damages

The fee could also be a mark up for dealing with lenders of last resort hedgefund management companys and global equity investment fund companys , all take a large cut or finders fee to secure large amounts of money (millions) for distressed companys

£750k hit sounds they're trying to borrow MA bill

Western Europes first banana republic!

"GET YER POPCORN, THE JELLY & ICE CREAM, TIPPLE OF YER CHOICE.. THIS GOING TO BE FUN"

Anything that Squinty has used as security for Close Brothers loans will be repoed with in hours of TRFC appointing an administrator. The ink wont even have time to dry on on the admin declaration.

They will hold on to any assets for 90 days if no agreement is reach on the moneys owed being repayed in full the asset will be sold or retained by close brother's asset management company.

Just hope John Brown knows "wur the deeds ur" because if Ibroxes has been used, thems fcuked. They would need tae ground share, Hampdum can't be used, Queens Park would be owed a substantial paymeant by. SFA for breaching one of the conditions on the sale of Hampden.

It going tae be interesting anyway, roll on Monday TICK TOCK 😂😂😂😂😂

In the 9 in a row season????? There's not a chance in hell der new huns will allow us a 10 point start over them. There would be riots down govornia way, maybe they would even try to get this season stopped

Maybe the other blogs got it wrong ,maybe they have had the uefa money ringfenced by Ashley and down looking to borrow money to pay for Kents first installment

or mabe thats for another conclave

Cashflow is all-important. Sevco get no income this weekend as they are playing away on Sunday. They have some hefty bills due this week. They do not have an overdraft facility and they have an emergency loan from Close at high interest rates. When the money runs out then they need another emergency injection of good money from somewhere. The unplanned expenditure on Kent might have given the board members a nightmare. They do not want to be in post when the team slips into administration. The previous version never emerged from administration. Cash flow zero = administation.
