Celtic History Conference, Saturday 6 June

A huge thanks to all involved today. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Speakers, all of them, were absolutely terrific. Just such a pleasure to sit amongst my ain folk and thank my lucky stars that this very special club of ours has been a constant source of, well, a feeling of belonging is probably the best I can put it.

There was also the huge bonus of actually meeting one of our three wise sons of Inverclyde; our very own Mag7.
An absolute pleasure that was, too.

Finished the day off by goin' into the town with a good friend for a bite to eat.

A red letter day indeed.

Hail Hail.

Have to echo what Frank has said on the day itself .. it was first of all an absolute pleasure to meet the Noise Legend that is Frank Owen the Celtic Noise Gentleman.

My personal thanks to Matthew Marr for allowing me to gate crash such a special historical event at the 12th hour.

I thouroghly enjoyed every speaker and walked away feeling enriched and further educated on all things Celtic.....some amazing information that had us all looking at each other.
Matthew walking us through Glasgow and beyond was a tour in itself and will for sure inspire us to join him on his travels in the future.
All the speakers where a credit to themselves their families and the story of Celtic FC and I want to take this opportunity to thank them for their dedication and time that they give in their Love and devotion to our club ....Hail Hail !!.

The Celtic History Conference is this Saturday at Celtic Park.

It has various speakers telling lots of club stories, including details about the 1887 foundation and Brother Walfrid's life too.

It's fully booked and should be a great day.

Is anyone going?
