Celtic Pets

A new addition to the family. 51 weeks since suddenly losing my last dog we have got a new puppy. Winnie is a mongrel (well a Labradoodle these days). Our cat is unsure but will come round soon.

Oh man, that's wonderful
Giving another animal a second chance in a loving home
Our Beau was a Labradoodle, they really are one of the best, gentle funny, goofy and loyal.
Great news BB you won't regret it Winnie is gorgeous and once she's made friends with your cat, they'll settle down and become best friends.
So happy for you mate HH

Curve ball.
Was thinking of MD tonight. Wow. What a character. I had the pleasure of meeting him twice.
On both occasions it was for me to deliver a couple of cases of Stella 😂.
We miss him liking almost liking everybody's posts.😂.the ones he missed was because he was in a happy place. Content.
Miss you Michael. Always a gorgeous Tim.
🍀🍀🍀

🍀🍀🍀Mick was one of the first people to speak with me on here in fact he convinced me to hang about I’d like to have met him in person as I’ve said before he was the best cunt on here mibbes it was the years but he had an insightfulness about him that even the Stella couldn’t blunt 😂🎉🎉🎉

A recurring point whenever anyone mentions MD is so many of us say that he was the first one to reply to us and encourage us to keep posting. Sadly my plan of chapping on his door with a case of Stella and a box of Chardonnay never happened.

He was a larger than life character who lived an exciting life until his body started to fail him. But his mind stayed sharp - even after a load of Stella.

It was a pleasure "knowing him" even if it was not in person. Rest in peace, Michael. Ye auld rascal. Slainte 🍀🍺🥂

Fantastic reading the posts on MD who i never met but was lucky enough for him to pm me a few times about some personal stuff so ' got to know ' digitally MD a little better that way .
I had just been thinking over a post TB made on another thread about how slow we look and are we ready for these qualifiers , how we need players earlier so they can bed in and gel with the team.

That made me think about how many seasons have we been posting those exact same posts with thoss exact same points? Every season i thought, easily could go back to MD and his own posts on thus subject.

Its closing in on 8yrs thst I've been coming here for you good folks opinions and ideas on our Celtic as they mean more to me than the thoughts of some ' stranger' which is funny because ive never met any of you from the noise in person, but thats where boyh steviebhoy and BB's posts are so accurate , steviebhoy had the pleasure of meeting MD and BB is totally correct in saying he felt like he knew him, just as i feel as though i know the majority of you bhoys and ghirls.

As many of us have said before , the Celtic Noise forum is more than just a forum for all of us here, we share things on here with one another that we just. wouldn't or couldn't with folk in our day to day lives. Going on 8yr now which will no doubt be longer.

Edit; ive tried to clear up sone typos.
I swear when ive had a jar or 4 this spell predictor takes the fish

Spent many an hour speaking to oor Michael on here
The time difference meant he was never alone throughout the night
He was a character and knew lots of the places around Inverclyde through his travels
Never one to suffer interlopers from the dark side, he was on the door and had loads of back up when cunts tried to verbally abuse him
He loved our Beau and I sent him a card and a photo of our big loveable bear
He of course won the gold medal of making our Liliana's day when he sent her a Celtic jersey, shorts and socks, complete with number 7 and her name on the back
Never to be forgotten, MD will never walk alone
HH

[a few years ago right after we adopted her, Georgia would dig in the garden, so we built a raised garden bed and grew veggies
Four feet high was nothing to her of course
I looked out to see where she was in the backyard, and she looked at me as if saying...Hey Dad, love this new thing, I dug some holes in it, but the green netting keeps getting in the way 😂ATTACH=full]30683[/ATTACH]
