Got a mate, ex-pro heavyweight. Now having to live out what's left of his life in care due to dementia. Not gonna mention his name out of respect for him and his lovely missus. Having watched him fight, it's impossible not to believe the damage to his health wasn't caused by blows sustained during years of involvement in the fight game. What I am sure of though, is that he would do it all over again.
