Celtic v Dundee, Wednesday 30th Oct, 7.45pm kick off

Quite a few changes, but most of them are either due to players struggling with injury (CalMac, Idah, AJ & Kühn) or needing to get normal starters some gametime to get their match fitness up before some crucial matches (Carter-Vickers & Taylor).

It is a calculated risk, but this side should still be strong enough to defeat an off-form Dundee at home. The two wingers are the biggest risk, but they have both enjoyed the occasional excellent game for us in the past so we know they are capable.

Mon the Hoops.

Don't like the side Tonight.I know we have to rest a few due to injuries. But why play Palma and Yang who aren't Celtic players. No Daniel Cummings on bench either. I 🙏 that we get the job done tonight. Ill be going over to 50s to hide behind his DFS couch.🛋️

Eyes on Yang tonight 👀
It's about time Yang stepped up.
I know he's had little game time for us to see but looking at that starting xi, everyone has contributed notably , even Palma, plus McCowan, Engels and Trusty have only arrived but they've impressed already.

Id love to see and would be great for him to express himself in this game and impress, get an assist or 2 perhaps a goal, the manager obviously rates him in training within the group if he can show his abilities and do well that's half the battle, can see he's a trier has to produce with the minutes he gets.

Oooooft ...some changes clearly forced due to Injuries and rotation but it certainly presents that line up with a challenge.
Could be alot tighter now than many expected.
Big Onus on Yang and Palma to show up both defensively and on the front foot which neither have excelled at to date. Hopefully they can be the threat we need.
As I always say its about getting the points any which way we can.

Dundee are off form as you say , they've won once in last 4 lost 3. They beat Motherwell away 0-1 and have lost the other 3 by the odd goal to St Johnstone, Kilmarnock and Aberdeen.
If there was ever an opportunity to do this then this it it.
Big chances tonight as well for guys like Yang, Palma, McCowan I'm guessing is going to play calmacs position against his old club.
Aye we still have more than ample coverage on the bench .
Hopefully we get the fast start and the boost everyone will get from that.
