Celtic v Hearts, League Decider, Sat 16th May, 12.30pm

In Europe alone, there are typically 10–25 high-profile invasions per season tied to:

  • league title wins
  • promotion clinchers
  • cup finals
  • relegation escapes
  • derby/title-decider matches

England and Scotland saw a particularly sharp rise after COVID restrictions ended in 2021–22. UK authorities recorded 441 pitch encroachments in England and Wales in one season alone (2021–22), though most were minor and not necessarily championship celebrations

Some of the most notable title/cup-win invasions in major leagues during the last decade include:

  • Manchester City winning the Premier League (2022)
  • AC Milan winning Serie A (2022)
  • Wrexham A.F.C. promotion celebration (2023)
  • Celtic F.C. Scottish title celebrations (multiple seasons) :)
  • Nottingham Forest F.C. playoff victory invasion (2022

Well, no doubt the BBC, Sky and the host of klingons dangling from their ass missed that!

BREAKING: Police Scotland has confirmed that there were NO reports of assault at Celtic Park after Celtic beat Hearts to win the title

Sky Sports presenters, Hearts FC and Tony Bloom all lied that assaults had taken place during a pitch invasion - with Celtic saying that there was no evidence to back that up

And it now seems Celtic have been vindicated by the fact police now say that no assaults took place.

I really hope that we go after those lying pieces of shite. Especially Derek "Blow The Whistle" McInnes, who is at the heart of all these vindictive fairytales, which were gleefully spread by his fellow sash-singing cretins in the media.

Our club and its supporters have been libelled and defamed by these insidious people.

Now that this on public record, we should be demanding apologies and retractions from all those media outlets, and the individuals who peddled the lies that assaults occurred…

Just watched Away with the Tartan Army.
I didn’t hear any complaints from Scottish fans, when the fans invaded the pitch, lifted the turf and stole the goalposts.
Yet we’re still hearing about the league decider a fortnight ago.

The Hun press and their acolytes, are all on message, and are collectively attempting to destroy our reputation worldwide.

I wrote to the club recently pointing out the lies these parasites were spreading far and wide, asking them to stand up and defend us. They didn’t acknowledge my concerns…

Did engerlund fans not run onto the pitch in 1966….some of the fans are running onto the pitch, they think it’s over??it is now!!!…lineaker and that fat baldy prick shearer aswell…

Great viewing.

Araujo is a player!!

I still can't believe that Reo actually scored that penalty - at the third attempt 😁.

Finally, Maeda is magic. What a player he has been. I believe that he will only truly be recognised when he's gone. Absolute magic 🪄🪄🪄
TBF when we had a fully performing Hatate, Maeda and Kyogo we really didn't realise what we had.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing. We could say that about a lot of players that have passed through Parkheads gates.
