Coronavirus

Both me and the wife tested positive for the COVID at the weekend, 5 days in, I don’t see what all the fuss is about, I’ve had worse colds, all the news over the last 7 months has got us terrified that it’s a one way trip to the hospital, followed by a half day out with the undertaker, I don’t usually take much notice of the conspiracy theories surrounding the virus, but I’m beginning to wonder🤔 if your not elderly and infirm or have underlying health issues there’s nothing to fear in my experience of the virus 👍

RIP Aaron Doherty. Just 17 years old and taken from his family and friends by this cruel virus. Heartbreaking.

Only 17, Aaron Doherty is the youngest victim of Covid in NI. However, as his family tell the Derry News tomorrow, he will never just be a statistic. Aaron loved his family, friends & football. He had just found out he was going to be a godfather. He was a ‘wee gem’, says his dad

Which part of MY EXPERIENCE are you not getting?????
You've told us YOUR experience and I have repeated it. You had mild symptoms as have many others I know and you are all very fortunate but we wouldn't be racing to find a vaccine, enduring lockdowns, suffering from mass unemployment and draining the country of money that our great grandchildren will have to pay back if the Covid wasn't killing people. I know more folk that have died or have been left with lingering symptoms of Covid but some crazy cunts will still say it's nothing. WTAF?

BB - like everyone else on here, I am delighted that you are both doing well. It has actually been said from the start that the vast majority of victims will only suffer mild symptons. I think it was your initial comment about conspiracy theories that was wound up some people who have suffered losses of family, loved ones and friends, or work in the front line experiencing the horrors that this pandemic has inflicted.

For these people it is a very emotive subject so don't like it being trivialised like this, which I'm sure you will undrrstand.

Please take care and we all hope that there are no lasting effects on you and all your family stay safe too. 💚

A friend of mine worked on the Ripper case
They knw they had the right guy, because he knew information, that had not been released to the media at the time
Sick bastard and no loss to the world
I watched a couple of documentaries on the case. They wasted do much time and effort on that bloody bogus tape it cost more lives - how the hell could that bastard do something like that?

Sutcliffe himself was a sick twisted individual who deserved a slow painful death and to rot in hell. Also, because the police had been to question him a few times at his work, his colleagues nicknamed him Ripper which he joyfully answered to! Rest In Agony you horrible beast.
