Criticism of not giving 100 percent.
I think a lot of the Scottish players deemed unfit for role do give 100 percent.
They either are being given rotten instructions or playing a role they are not suited to play effectively.
Thats managers area to sort imo.

Idah was a very good player who gave 100 percent but hardly ever got chances in Rodgers system
Scales gives a 100 percent but doesnt have midfield maverick passing skills yet midfield in front of him are posted too far from his range in line with managers plan.
Forrest gives 100 percent and in a different system would be fans favourite goalscoring winger.

A manager who can get best out of players giving 100 percent needs to be found. A board who will support manager getting best out of shareholders and fans money needs to be found.

blaming players giving 100 percent for failures of manager and board is not justified.
Rodgers has a bad habit of making his top players not want to play for him after couple of seasons.
Spending copious amounts of money will not fix his weaknesses in managing playersor his system and getting best out of all his players.
