Erm favourite positions

Oops, sorry - maybe we were all wrong. The BBC commentator just saw the freeezeframe clearly showing the sevco player offside and described it as "it was close, but impossible to tell".

Then the pundits very briefly discuss it and ignore the fact he was offside and shrug it off because "you can't get upset by that". Oh well then, that is us told - the laws of the game don't really apply when they would count against sevco.

In the lineman defence its hard to keep up with play sometimes. It's not as if it was from a dead ball where he could get in position and watch across the line 😁
I watched the LIv-Man U game and the Man City- CP game last night. The offside rule down here has gone crazy. The linesmen dont put their flags up until after play stops, even if the offside is right in front of them.
There was a feature on Football Focus on the beeb on Saturday where it showed the craziest VAR offside decisions, your hand, elbow, arse any part of your body is beyond the last defender, you are offside, its gone too far the other way. Sevco would lose at least half their goals down here.
Having said that Itten was well offside and his position was precisely the reason the rule was brought in. What makes me laugh is the Scottish FA are one of the members of IFAB, ironic how they bend their own rules.
