Hearts and Partick Thistle are facing being kicked out of Scottish football after being hit with a notice of complaint over their court bid.

Both parties face an August 6 hearing date which will see them hauled up in front of the compliance officer.

They have both been charged with breaching rule 78 over their bid to get their relegations annulled via the court of session.

The rule states: "No member or Associated Person shall take a dispute which is referable to arbitration in terms of Article 99 to a court of law except as expressly permitted by the terms of Article 99."

Punishment for breaking the rule could see the two clubs have their SFA membership terminated and kicked out of the SPFL if things go against them. A fine of up to £1million is also open to the SFA.

Finally the SFA show some balls..Now the SPFL have to charge Rangers, Park, Robertson and Gardiner with bring the game into disrepute !!!!!

As I said before the SFA or the SPFL did not put these clubs in a position to be relegated this is a self inflicted matter, nobody to blame but themselves.
Maybe Hearts thought that if they won all their remaining games they would qualify for Europe the same as their cousins from the cesspit thought if they won all their remaining games they would have won the league definitely a dellusional problem among both outfits..

Hearts and Partick Thistle response...

We are incredulous to have received a Notice of Complaint from the Scottish FA in the circumstances. It is oppressive of them to require submissions from both clubs by 20 July when we are, in terms of their own articles of association, actively engaged in arbitration.

As our focus must be squarely on that, we have already requested the Scottish FA to review the timing to allow us to be properly prepared and represented. That is the very least we should expect from the process.

Maybe its a new rule since club 2012 needed a new rulebook to further cluster bomb any investigation

make a big mess at hierarchy

blame a cafflink conspiracy

distract the real agenda with a false flag

get your minions to create the big scene

blame the big bad cafflicks

never get a resolution on the real agenda.

replace ra peepo on the hierarchy with more staunch rapeepo with the correct blood lines

So is the mystery donor for Partick going to pay the fine also, double whammy for the donor.

Oor Willie or sore Willy, take your pick. 😜

Roger Hannah stating that the SFA knew Hearts were going to court so why did they not inform them that this would be the outcome.
They did, it's in their rules and also they cannot verbally inform them as it could be seen as a threat, Hearts had the right to take it as they saw fit, however the SFA have the authourity in their rules to punish, clear as, you run the risk.
personally I would have took the risk if i felt justice was been denied, but, I would not have agreed to have talks ove reconstruction first and took part as the leader of it and then went to court when the plan fails, i would have went straight away whilst the disarray was present, Hearts accepted the payments made and were happy to wait on the votes. They had the option to go straight to court when it was announced that the leauge would not progress and this would spell relegation, their court would have held up the vote from progressing due to member clubs been involved in litigations against the voting. You reap what you sow.

Caller also talking again null and void, not getting this null and void would involve all fans getting full refund, waiting to see if the games could have commenced, not possible for majority with no income coming in through the gates, it would be money out and they could not take prize money as positions could change and if it was loaned with the rest to follow it would mean clubs taking loans to stay afloat, end of the season meant no clubs trading insolvent, which is what loans would be and further players could not be furloughed as hey would have been required to communicate with the club as an employee and train at a different level as they would be on standby, furlough allowed the players to claim their cash based on the season end, the only way.
