Sevco took the governing body to court to get their transfer ban (quite rightly) overturned in 2012/13, so hearts can show precedence here. Pretty sure uefa ignored it, sanctions are an empty threat.
 
Hearts are looking to ne reinstated, if it happens there is no longer a voting system in place and the SPFL is finished, no point in putting in members if you can simply go to court, second option is compensation, again if Hearts are compensated it follows logic that all other teams who could have possibly moved up a place can claim to be losers also as their share of the pot was minimised due to position.

Dont agree they should be compensated and why should they they were shite. If they are allowed back in I believe UEFA will fine them heavily for fucking up and going to court bypassing CAS.

It all reeks of the huns and their acolytes.....they're attempting to cause carnage and division and bring down the SPFL Board and replace them with their placemen imo.....like Fitsani keeps saying.....there's currently rules in place and those rules have been appropriately followed by the SPFL Board.....so like their big cousins Hearts don't want to abide by the rules.....a typical hun mentality
 
The huns are convinced that Peter Lawwell is omnipotent,that he controls the SPFL(members organisation!),through his glove puppet Neil Doncaster,the very prick who saved them in 2012!,only when the SPFL is controlled by the staunchies will they be happy,but one decision goes against them, they'll turn on them as well,feckin moonhowlers!

From BBC Their statement says their objective is "to reduce the unfair resolution insofar as it changed the SPFL's rules on promotion and relegation", and if that fails then they will seek £10m between them in compensation as an alternative remedy.

It did NOT change the rules on promotion or relegation. I've carefully read the rules. Relegation occurred due to them being in the bottom position when the rest of the season was ruled unenforceable and the season was ended early. How many times do I have to quote rule A3? It covers just such an eventuality. The rules have not been changed.
 
Jesus doc,we know, they have'nt got a leg to stand on,the SPFL is a members organisation,the outcome is what the members voted for, all done within the rules and the articles of association!

A3 dooms the mini Huns to relegation.....and they must know that.....so the question remains what do they expect to achieve?....perhaps a better question may be then.....who are they trying to remove and who is their allies in this quest? I think we all may know...

Now that all other avenues are closed, we are left with no choice but to proceed with a legal challenge. The club has tried throughout these last few months to avoid this course of action but we must now do the right thing by our supporters, our employees, our players and our sponsors, all of whom have been unwavering in their commitment and support. We can hold our heads up high as we have acted at all times with integrity, common sense and with the best interests of Scottish football at heart.

We have stated from the beginning that the unjust and unfair treatment of Hearts, Partick Thistle, Stranraer and indeed other clubs cannot be allowed to go unchallenged. While many weeks have been wasted in trying to find a solution, we must now formally challenge this outcome.

The club can confirm that the necessary steps have been taken to begin this legal challenge. Given that this is now an active legal matter, the club will be offering no further comment at this time.

To our amazing fans we say that we cannot, and will not, sit idly by and watch the decisions made in the past few months further damage Heart of Midlothian Football Club. Thank you for fighting for us, now allow us to do the same for you.

Ann budge could do well to remember that she was the one who oversaw her club plummet back to the relegation zone, before this pandemic was ever heard of.
 
Hearts fans the answer to your demise was staring you in the face, it only took an early vote of no confidence, instead you watched the hole been dug and Craig left when it looked impossible to fill it in. If Cathro previous was an experiment then the guy who brought him in and then filled his shoes with two jobs when Cathro left, was a bigger disater and this is your demise.
