If they double down and say it was the correct decision they are in flagrant breach of the rules, as was Beaton in intervening on VAR.

If they uphold the appeal Beaton has to go, and we should be advocating for his permanent removal…
 
If youre good enough, the refs dont matter.

Thats what Celtic fans say, isnt it? Thats the mantra that has been taken up by the silent board. Be better and the corruption doesnt matter.....well we are seeing what happens when we arent good enough. And let's not pretend we are up against prime Barca and Real here. We are on a level playing field, in terms of quality, with a shite hearts and shite Sevco......but those decisions that "dont matter" are now having a massive effect on the league table. How shite a situation we are in. We HAVE to be miles ahead of other teams in the league, to get a fair crack at the league. Utter bullshit.

Problem is we ain't good enough....thats why these pathetic decisions going against us become relevant..
 
Why don't Celtic tell the SFA that we will withdraw our club from competing next season unless there is a total overhaul of their referees. 1st on the list would be to have any referee who's allegiance is shown to be for any club(including family) not allowed to referee that club's games or any of their rivals(Celtic). That would scupper any sponsorships including Sky etc.
They would threaten reprisals but soon realise they have no option but to act. It would kill off any interest which is very little from anyone outside Scotland.
Something has to be done however radical this idea would seem.

They'd probably be delighted if they got rid of us. Even though they'd lose their biggest and most successful club (or is that no longer a "thing" any more?), their klub will win more trophies again.

I doubt we could do that from a PLC perspective alone.

There is a fiduciary duty to the shareholders to be seen to be doing the right thing by them and relevant parties, and I’m sure the Hedge Fund shareholders would be apoplectic if we contemplated this type of action.

Also withdrawing from the competition I believe, would see the club in breach, and I believe the directors would carry the can for this type of action.

I agree though, something has to be done…

However ref tomorrow's game....

Celtic WILL beat Utrecht who luckily are shit.... and qualify for the play offs....

The good thing about that is ..... It is a result with the worst Celtic team I can remember.....

Sadly our PATHETIC board will use that not to sign at least 3 if not 4 top players so we have a real chance to qualify for the last 16.

If they did we would also win the league and qualify for the play off for the Champs League.....

Both scenarios would mean their outlay on new signings would be more than covered....

And finally show the fans they have learned from last year's fiasco ......

It is but a dream sadly BHOYS!!!
