They are not getting shares for the money it's fucking loans to pay bills, how many shares before every share created is diluted and sucked dry until worthless. Fucking absoloute blind eye to trading whilst insolvent.
 
It is clear that NOT being on the Stock Exchange has allowed some VERY dubious practices to continue as regards the issuing of shares .
When King was in charge you expected criminality but this has been dialled up a notch recently . They must be in severe financial difficulties - but , as was asked before , WHO is parting with money for confetti ?

They have nothing they can put up as collateral for a loan so they would probably issue the shares as coverage to the value of the loan
Someone somewhere will be sitting with a kind of promissory note which would be repayed when either uefa money or season ticket money comes in

This season was only really about survival of serco scum (SS) and not really football imo.
We have already done our bit by handing the cheating bastards a lifeline, question still remains if that is really enough?
No doubt the finances remain dire and possibly far worse again to our delight but maybe not our boards.
I still find it amazing how they are still allowed to operate when they still remain so insolvent.
Players worth fuck all, trying to market a false history will not bring in a revenue to get them out of the shite they are happily drowning themselves in.
With the amount of creditors like Hector and big Ash on there case among others no doubt and hopefully Uefa give the bastards there just deserts with a European ban, the party still remains very shorted lived
 
So the BBC provided the evidence leading to the cops going after the administrators thay claim.
What is the BBCs slant on it's investigation that led to this, is the BBC talking shite or did the Police have grounds to investigate the sale of Ibrox for a fraction of it;s worth whilst creditors got shafted.
So is it legal for creditors to get shafted by undervalueing a property and then hyping the prices back up once bought in a fire sale.
Who valued the stadium and why was it not offered to the highest bidder for the benefit of achieving the best deal for the creditors which after all is what liquidation sales are all about.
So Charlie bought assetts, a stadium and tablecloths and the club was liquidated, so is the BBC following this up as it appears Police Scotland and the prosecution services agreed with the carve up taking place.
