so being 8 years old when the apollo shut, missed out on lots,
seen plenty acts at the playhouse, manchester apollo, hammersmith apollo which i think were similar venues to glasgow
love that size of venue, smaller the better, favourite would be the barra's nowadays
regrets at missing out/never likely to see the talking heads, jam & the stranglers from that time period
saw weller loads without the others and saw the jam without weller,
saw the stranglers without cornwall and vice versa
saw david byrne a couple of times, he's awesome no matter
at least madness and specials needed their pensions topped up and stuck it out
