IS A DECISION IMMINENT?

There is mentioned a legal challenge,? how can that be,? You may be able to argue the point if a couple of points are in it ,but ,this is not the case ,we know full well who would be leading the charge, the argument IS ,prove you would win all remaining games ,? And we would lose all remaining games ,no bookies would take that on ,in favour of sevco ,hh

In all honesty D ,must come to a conclusion ,!! Hh
I really think they should hang fire....once the initial period of self isolation is over and the players , staff etc. are all tested before a game, play the remaining games behind closed doors..it might be July before the conclusion , the euros would need to be postponed ...so be it

That's what I would do

That wouldn't work , not everyones going to contact it at the same time and each person will have a different recovery rate as others
Then you run into the problem of reinfection so it could just go round in circles

Then you run into all the one's who cry games should be played till the the end

Moan that they were cheated as all their good players had the virus and it's no fair and the we wurny ready so playit again

See your a devil if you do and a devil if you don't

Chances are in a month to 6 weeks it will have swept through the football playing community in Scotland...it can be done, tests can be done..it's the fact that the authorities are not at least thinking about it this way that is the problem

We all know the SFA will do what it can to stop us getting our record breaking second 9iar.
Sevco will need to think carefully about what they want. If the null and void opinion wins then Sevco get no 2nd place prize money. Would they also have to refund partial season ticket money for the remaining games.
Null and void might even kill aff the replicunts. In order to survive they might have to concede the nine to us. They can die or give us the nine. HH

that’s it,! If there is no income coming into The coffers of clubs ,how will they survive till resumption of the game ,sevco are not in a position to survive that long ,we are , are a few other teams here ,but only if the lay off is say no more than a couple of months ,void league ,no payout from league ! Like you said what about refunds for remaining games not played, nobody would want to pay it back, but ,more important, many clubs ,especially sevco need there season tickets in shortly ,who is going to pay for next season ??????,hh

Nothing will be announced until, at the earliest, UEFA make a statement following tomorrow's meeting.

If UEFA declare a start date for next year's tournaments, then it stands to reason that all qualifying clubs will have to be known by then. If the broadcasters (otherwise known as paymasters) want to get back on schedule, UEFA will agree. If that happens all countries will need to have decided their leagues in time for the draws to made in mid June.

Everyone is waiting to see what UEFA says. If they clarify (I know, I know) a position then people can work out what is possible taking into account the government position. Games might be off until the end of May or even longer.
Only when it becomes impossible to play the outstanding games will the SPFL make the decision to award the league title. Up til then they will be desperately hoping not to have to make that decision. I think that we will all have to be patient.
