Still we can show it. That we aren't running on fumes though some players have looked as such of late. The club have been pocketing millions without any European advancements when there should be. Unless lawell thinks that winning in Scotland is a good enough legacy to leave and more lucrative than winning in English football like his inferiorly paid epl counterparts.celtic don't need to be nor should be throwing money at problems and hoping it sticks. We have a super network of scouts but for 2 seasons at least we can afford to compete financially with any club out with and some within the EPL and big 5 leagues, without making a dent in the coffers , Celtic sells itself, players want to be here and win trophies and medals deliver the perfect 10 for us the supporters and fans. We deserve it 200% push the boat out and make this piece of history (a history we were robbed of owning outright ourselves) ours once more HH

Too late now Winter the wheels have been set in motion for the players they want to buy and how much they will pay for the players of interest,,Lawwells Law..
We keep going on about Lawwell hiding away from the public eye which no doubt he is doing,,but what about the guy who pays his wages surely he should either make a statement himself or tell Lawwell to make a statement on his behalf..and let the supporters know what is happening.
Unfortunately Mr Desmond can be seen more often at the races than at Parkhead with his very good friend and racehorse owner J.P.McManus...
Is it any wonder Lawwell thinks of himself as being fire proof..

An injunction aimed at preventing further breaches of the agreement has been imposed.[/Quote]

Great post MD should've made a stream of it 👍 if the judge has granted an injunction as you said against further agreement breaches . I'm curious as to if the rangers do go ahead and humming (sorry Hummel )produce pyjamas (sorry strips) for sevco (with the clubs Crest on it) doh sorry again , with Ashley's Crest on it. Then surely (not my real name) sevco will get away with it? Seriously they produced the kits for the market without Ashley's say so/go ahead/ or financial cut I'd have thought ? That's breaking the law is it not? And is this the reason why the judge is unsure of the amount of compensation Ashley is due as without his crest those strips could be any training strip (something like I believe the one they wore in Europe last season?) I dont know so I'm asking for clarification. The Crest to me is what makes the strip of anyclub recognisable. It's how a club can make money from "official merchandise " from their supporters, but if it doesn't belong to them , the important part, Then aren't both Hummel and the rangers guilty of fraud ? Simply by providing the strips for sale at the supermarket (sorry their superstore)? They have both earned money whilst Ashley (of whom I cant stand , reprobate) gave that club money in return for security , a very wise decision (a secure loan so to speak) and that club bit his hand off at the time for his cash with no thought to the possible repercussions gave the club crest as security. Once more the rangers just like their predecessors believe that the law doesn't apply to them. What with HMRC multiple cases ,and this and other things also. The courts would (for any other club ) have already found in Ashley's favour. Any amount of compensation Ashley is due will hurt them badly and he will still own the Crest as they are so arrogant that agreements, deals, bail outs, loans and fraud doesn't apply to them. I hope he gets at least half of what the rangers earned and are compensated by Hummel as well. And I really hate the guy but hes got them Ryan Christie style right now so I hate him a millionth of a fraction less for the time being. Here's hoping the courts are well pissed off with sevcos cheating at every turn, both on and off the field. And order that club to give him his money and fine them for wasting vluable court time (for the judge who'll be on a packet) then theres the matter of the rangers still haven't held up their side of the deal by paying back Ashley. Honestly the mind boggles, they can pay ¥7 million for Kent but not the 1- couple of million they owe him for saving their arses. Youd think they'd be grateful and paid the guy 1st opportunity but then this is the dead club walking I'm talking about. This will be interesting to see what the outcome shall be ( not holding my breath )
