Is damaging Celtic the only option ?

The Statement - What a load of condescending pish to placate the great unwashed ( us ).
The club is a PLC and as such is and accountable to its shareholders and if anything should compromise the revenue stream and affect the share dividends the club must respond.
I like the GB statement but the board will almost certainly ignore it because it does not affect the cash flow inward and as I said in my " a suggestion" post what they are absolutely compelled to address is any major loss of revenue which could compromise the business model and if we could use every Celtic medium to convince the fans en masse to decline purchase of the Europa package until the club explains how our city rivals can immediately reinvest a little more than the 14.5 million received for Igamine and Dessers in the last week of the window while our board give us a load of sanctimonious drivel to excuse their lack of reinvestment.
It may be guys that Brendan will leave at the end of the season and they do not wish to land the incoming manager with his players but I would not believe that excuse anyway.
If we could only achieve this. Imagine the Europa package went on sale and none of us purchased it. They would absolutely sh*t the bed and be forced to respond with their true motives 🍀🍀🍀

No its not only option
But AGM must have better advocates for change amongst loud shareholders who want change. And then if that still doesn't get required result then its clear dramatic action will probably be required to effect change of board.

It probably will require self harm as board have not been listening to fans concerns for too long and doing the same things every season without changing board or communications.

Scottish football is dying due to the ever increasing gap in wages with same level clubs in TV markets our club cannot breach.

This board have done well in slowing down the growing gap. But its still slowly going backwards due to the wage gap growth for good enough players.

But slowing down decline is not their job

Its growing club on pitch despite limitations that they claim is their job.

And they have failed their own target year on year.

Slowing down decline is admirable but its Failure nonetheless.

Failure requires change. And unfortunately if they dont listen this year at AGM or maybe even EGM called by significant shareholders then Self harm is coming.

As an aside I still think WW3 is coming very soon. But I am not quite right in the head.

Board must step aside
If shareholders only want returns but diminishing side year on year then they arent really into football and should sell to someone who wants the risks of running a modern Celtic.

I suspect next board will be worse (ever the pessimist) but this board must go nonetheless. Scaredy pants silent Mammon hoarder's should not be at football club let alone best Club in Scotland.
