Will be turning in their graves tonight....

The abuse Neil Lennon is receiving from his own is sickening...his bosses should be protecting him instead of hiding behind covid....a man who has experienced death threats, bombs and bullets in the post, physical and mental attacks, religious prejudice, attacks on his family...we could go on......it does seem like the end of his time at Celtic but people need to have a word with themselves.... Lawwell needs to stand in front of him

Neil Frances Lennon....A proud Celtic man is now a figure of hate in the eyes of his own....sad sad times...what has happened to us as fans??? Have we forgotten what it is to be Celtic people??

It's been a truly dismal run, one I couldn't have predicted and I suppose the buck stops with the manager, for whatever reason it's not working and much as I've always supported Lenny maybe its time for a change.
But no matter what Neil Lennon deserves respect from all Celtic fans, for what he's given us, for what he's endured he deserves nothing but our gratitude and appreciation, anything less is an embarrassment and a dark day in our history.

The vast majority of us fans have not forgotten what it is to be Celtic people. Most posts I've read on social media are unhappy at the actions of these people. Yes we are very frustrated and think Lennon should not continue as manager but most would not resort to demonstrating at the ground.

I guess the people protesting feel that our feelings are being ignored and this will precipitate some action from the board. I personally find these actions to be tasteless but I can understand their frustrations, although I don't think our fans should be behaving like this to a legend.

It's not just the protests....it's been ongoing for weeks on Various media platforms....I hope he has good people around him tonight

Would any REAL Celtic supporter disgrace their club ( and themselves ) by turning out , mob-handed demanding the sacking of their coach ?

FFS... we are NOT happy at the current results , we are NOT happy with the coach , we are NOT happy with the direction the Board have been taking us in recently and many on here have made their feelings clear - but in as respectful manner as possible ( mostly ) given the history of Neil Lennon with the club ... but to turn up at Celtic Park and protest like this is something you expect at the other end of the city . Shameful !

It’s a terrible sad day for Celtic FC and the scenes outside Celtic park are just disgraceful. I always thought as Celtic fans we would keep our dignity but it has been lost with a minority of fans tonight.

We are all angry at the way the team has lost their games and we are with heavy hearts that’s us out of the Betfred cup. It’s hard to take when we have been so successful for all these nine years with leagues and cups aplenty.

I know this debacle is going to run for quite some time in the smsm and the Scottish Government too will no doubt have comment to make also all leading to the Celtic FC and their support being brought into disrepute.

I’m at a loss as to what has happened to our club over the last couple of months but for our own fans to turn on its own like this I cannot stand.

we are now making the club across the city look respectable and yet they are the ones with dire financial instability and everything is uncertain for them so how does that equate to what is happening at Celtic Park tonight?

What have we become, absolute morons, don't the dark side just love this, we are all in disarray, not because of the Manager or the Team, no it's because we cannot keep our emotions intact, you and we all need to take a step back and let's see what happens next, if the Board do nothing then perhaps we need to speak up, but let's hear what the Board has to say first, before we mount this barrage of abuse that we are currently seeing, for God's sake we are human beings, lets not tar ourselves with you know who. Faith is so powerful providing you use it as it was intended, Celtic fans we are here and we are always here, GB Tommy Burns.

I can handle the manager getting stick for performances of the team. I can handle people wanting change. I said it myself after the first Sparta game that his time was up.
But over the last few months a certain amount of celtic fans/supporters totally and utterly treated the man with contempt. It became easy to blame him for the shite we were watching. He was a massive part of it but if these players had the heart that he had as a player We’d be ok.
The frustration at performances and all the crap surrounding our club has manifested itself in where people are today. But at times the abuse turned personal and some have went too far. If it is his last day in the job it’s a sad day when a Club legend is escorted out of our hallowed ground for his own protection. It’s a sad day fir the celtic support when a section has turned on their own with venom. I like many were frustrated to fuck but I never felt the need to turn up at Celtic park and act like we’ve seen in the videos posted. Embarrassing and a dark day fir our club. We’re off the back of 11 straight trophies and this is how we react. If this is acceptable then 🤷‍♂️. That shower of horrible bastards across the city ain’t had a trophy in their existence but it’s us that’s publicly flogging everyone associated with our club.
Celtic always has been a massive part of my life and every win puts me on cloud 9 and every defeat hurts like hell. But when I see this all play out at the first sign of losing a dominant grip on Scottish football it doesn’t look like the Celtic way I grew up with. But then I grew up with success and failure. My opinion only, others may see different.

Sad day Celtic Rose, the level of bile and personal abuse aimed at Neil Lennon is dusgusting from so called Celtic fan's, what that man has given to the club and what he has suffered since the day he set foot in Scotland should mean something,i was a big Lenny supporter, and backed him when he was given the job, after Dubai,i was delighted with him and the team, but post lockdown,we are a shadow of ourselves, sadly i don't think he can turn this round,i think he should go, but at least let him leave with his dignity and our gratitude, god bless Neil Lennon ☘️
