You tell me We relied on Eddy this year. Ntcham started the wantaways in the dressing room, and Julia is as relevant as Duffy in defence.
We probably agree on this point. If Ntcham (or anyone else for that matter) started the wantaways, he really should have been moved out quickly (like Fergie used to do with potentially troublesome players). It was a bad idea to keep him there spreading bad vibes.

I'll agree they have hit nowhere near the expectations we all expected from them, but they are only 3 in a squad of how many that have all been guilty of the same offence, so fail to see how you can just pick the 3 French lads of such criticism

But that means we have completely wasted the transfer window. Not that I'm expecting a spending spree but we could have tried to bring in a much needed SPFL quality CB at least.

Not that the manager probably gets much say in who we bring in when we have super spotter Lawwell scouting for our players.
We completely wasted every one of the last few transfer windows
We lost McGinn over a couple of quid and didn't want to pay £10 million for Forster because there was no return on the investment and Celtic didn't pay £70k per week
Yet we've paid £5 million on a keeper and another £5 million on a striker who nobody's seen for ages.
To top that we've paid £2 million and £70k a week on a defender who can't defend.
We cleared out some decent guys who would have played for the shirt and frankly are an improvement on what we replaced them with.

I'm fed up banging on about them being too unfit to play for 90mins. In the 21st Century that defies belief.

Yet this was team that ran the opposition into the ground and scored late in games.
We used to dominate the midfield and front in the last third if games is we are blowing out if our arse 30 minutes in.

No other teams seem to be struggling with fitness
Livi looked by far the fitter team last 20 minutes of this.

You're right, I don't think we can compete with the money Newcastle will offer him, sadly.

Thing is I think he would be Celtic manager now but we've not offer him it.
I read he was playing golf with Lawwell months ago.
That was before Christmas and we should have snapped him up then.
We sat on our hands and he'll go because we've not offered him the job.

Newcastle won't hang about

Never in a million years
He's already said he wants time away from the game and has turned down a German club.
Howe will end up at Newcastle
Every time, EVERY single time we have a crisis of any magnitude we are subjected to, quite frankly insulting articles that I've no doubt the Celtic PR team are often behind, nothing more than a deflection tactic. Last time we were led to believe that Mourinho was a possible Celtic manager and that was also insulting. The truth behind it? None lennon got the job offered in the shower room. Rafa to Celtic is another of type story, the only reason hes been mentioned is that he's left the china job nothing else. Howe is a more realistic target for us and really it's a case of who sacks the manager first, us or Newcastle. However it still means little as both clubs have a manager in place. If the game wasnt doped financially by sky cash then yes Celtic would be a contender for guys like that , it isnt though and when clubs like Norwich QPR and Derby have more financial clout than a club like Celtic with 6million plus supporters worldwide, these clubs will always win out over us unless like Rodgers theres someone who has a connection to the club be it boyhood supporter or the like. Money talks .

Don’t think we’ll ever see either or anybody like it. We all know by now that Lawwell is a cheap bastard who will always go for the low cost option. So a Ross type then who comes in and says it’s a great squad and he’s happy with things. Music to Patter merchant’s ears.

We peaked with Rogers if we don't get Howe and I seriously don't think we will we'll never get another manager of that repute at Celtic again.

The buying policy will put them off
No point bringing in a team to scout players when we don't want to pay the money

The list if good players we've lost over the past few years seriously out weighs the good players we signed.
