The Police should be able to track Maria via her mobile phone, or if she’s recently used her credit card, especially if they are led to believe there may be serious concerns about her well being…

Her phone is not responding switched off. As for credit cards I wouldn't know. But thank you for your input.

Well to tell you the truth TT Maria's ex told them untruths about their mother. He turned them against her. Maria has had her own demons to contend with, her ex has made them worse.

I suffer some long bouts of depression and only when i snap out of it do i realise my phone been dead for months at time. Now i hardly use the thing at best of times. But its possible she lost or just not charging her phone? Was she depressed the last time you spoke to her?

I really hope she is well and just having break from things.

She has been really ill and hospitalized. But her disappearance goes against the grain. She was always in touch with her friends on Facebook Twitter. That's why we are so concerned for her as it is out of character.

Try the phone providers O2, Virgin Media, Vodaphone, Sky, BT, etc for any hints (though I expect they would limit what they tell a non-account holder)? If you know the area where she lives, you could try a notice in local shops. These ideas may have been tried already, of course.

Agreed. This has to be the most sensible course of action now. All other avenues have had no success. They can get an address immediately, access bank transactions, phone records, speak to neighbours, locals, shops etc. They have the resources to piece things together in a way an ordinary individual would struggle to do. Will say a prayer.

I certainly will I’ve been ill myself this week but I’m going to get in touch with Coatbridge police station
I would’ve had it done sooner but I want to do it with a clear head but yes that’s my next step
