I'm not sure if this is 100%, but here it is.
Dave King has discovered a contractual discrepancy in the origial facepainter agreement.
"As the current (not dead) residents of Ibrox, the the team calling itself Rangers have discovered that we can coutnter claim against the facepainting company for misrepresentation of product. When the Club/company hired the facepainting services, it was clearly stated that the Union Flag was requested as the preferred show of Brittishness. However it has come to our attention that the Union Jack was the design used. This of course is unacceptable. As everybody knows Rangers are not a seafaring company so to use theJack and not the Flag is clearly a breach of contract, and the Rangers International FC will be looking to the Scottish courts to support our claim against the glib and shameless artists that misreprent our glorious flag.
