Hope you get through it soon Andy, bloke I know was in a bad way for months, but now walks 3 or 4 miles every day, had to start of slow and build it up as his strength came back, stick at it mate and do as much as you can without over doing it. It takes time to get your fitness up.It's now my fifth week with covid and it isn't showing any signs of getting any better. Have been working 50% but even that is too much. Can't walk for more than a few minutes. A seemingly never ending nightmare
