Park

Tom English the lower league clubs Kelty Hearts etc the fact not getting into the SPFL is not fair.

Tom the Sevco huns getting the place that Saracen should have got when Rangers were liquidated was not fair. So Tom you are doing the bidding of a tribute act who you are pretending is Rangers and not a hint of irony in your tone. You are on a witchunt so that you can waltz into Hundome with the BBC as a saviour is as clear as day.
He claims the Delliot investigating should have been made clear the price of it, it will be Tom it will be in the SPFLs accounts and it was paid for by the clubs as the Sevco claim was made against it's fellow members, thus the SPFL cleared the decks as expected.

When Neil Doncaster is asked if the SPFL is a shambles or rubbish, he replies that people have their opinion and we understand also sometimes opinions are basically tinged with emotions running high or stating whilst under pressure

Tom English reply it as if he is humouring them, well that’s your opinion Tom, and it’s also your opinion when you state he is condescending, again that’s your opinion not fact.

State on your spin this is my opinion only, you are not a peacemaker and no-one gives a fuck about your spin.

No doubt more 💤💤💤💤💤coming from Park.
If anything the hunnies no longer have the stratagen that dominated
Scottish football for decades.
Like most of you,I can remember a wall of silence on all counts.
Thankfully those days are gone most decent folkes know what they
are about.
Look forward to the time when they are obliterated by their own
doing.

He says that the £10m was already covered by existing investors, yet there has been nothing sent to companies House to back this up.
It wasn't £10m, if you read the accounts, it was a minimum of £10m with player trading. They never sold anyone for more than a few hundred thousand. On top of that , they also spent £7m on Kent & £3.5m on helander. You also have to add on all the extra wages for loads of players they brought in.
The hole in their finances was going to far exceed the losses they had last season and that was before the covid.
Park should be more worried about his own business, that will be getting taken over by the bank soon enough

''Park to pay for SPFL Inquiry ''

Mr Park has also agreed to pay: -

the face painter ,
the EBT tax liabilities ,
the Ashley court costs and compensation ,
the Memorial Wall court costs and compensation ,
the Private Detective bill for John Brown's search for The Deeds ,
the surgery costs for Alex Rae to have a face grafted on to his skull ,
the medical bill for Kris Boyd to have another brain cell added to his existing one ,
Tom English's bill for moral support during Dossiergate ,

However , he has refused to pay Derek Johnstone's Ibrox food bills . ''I'm not f*cking Bill Gates ! '' he said .

Sportsound just now with Neil Doncaster, again handing Park's question and answer session its arse on a plate, Neil Doncaster is an articulate guy he has stated that the 10 mill litigation was nothing to do with the resoloution and clubs know the risk of clawbacks, but the seasons end for the championship was drawing to a close and as far as the claim to have informed UEFA that clubs wanted to call the season, he backs it up by informing the media that he has had feedback and communications from clubs so he can back that up, so he has sjown he was correct when 80% voted the resoloution to end the champioship and lower leagues first.

The huns are barking up the wrong tree and i do not think what the huns are putting out is within the narrative, they are off on a tangent and all over the place. They are going to have to show bullying, coercision, resignation etc. good luck with that forty chins.
Sevco didn't need to get the truth out (stop laughing),, get the lie out first travels faster

Well the reason they are going o pay for it themselves ,is because they have sussed out someone to agree with them ,or have they ? Any company who takes this on ,could well be in the 💩,without any positive 100% proof ,hh
Councels advice is no different from the man in the streets advice or a gamblers advice ,it's only advice .
There's not a single person in the legal profession who would say ''you've no chance'' there all there to make money ,that's why were hearing verylittle about any legalities

The telling point was, it had not to be shown to anyone barr Rangers ,,,why not,,,,well it's only an opinion ,,, without seeing every detail of the sky agreement and minutes from mettings you can only give advice on hearsay ,you can use as many big words as you wants stripped down it's not worth the paper it's written on

Other clubs have read the dossier and have'nt went screaming to the press probably had legal advise and sensible advice there was nothing in it ,,,nowt ,,,nada

The hordes will demand sevco take this to a court of law and by the way sevco have handled this so far i wouldn't be surprised if they do try there luck

it would kick the can down the road further

So that part of the dossier was to put a veild threat in that they sought legal advice and got the hordes droolin

Donald Park is skint & the bank is running his business, his Park Motor Group is running at a loss for past 18mths, Parks of Hamilton, the coach hire company makes most of its cash by leasing coaches to Blackpool Promotions, Caledonian Travel & Urquhart Travel. So with lockdoon he's not making any money on the leasing side.

There's a rumour that he's being borrowing money for coaches for PoH & feeding it into Ibrokes, allegedly.

Exactly the £10m was best case scenario i.e profit on player sales plus they signed more players and gave new contracts to slippy and his coaches and gave new contracts to existing players add all that to they’ve had no money coming in for 8weeks it could b any number u like.

Now Inverness say they will testify that they were the victim of bullying and threats by an SPL official, this is becoming a farce this club has been to two league meeting and failed to raise this, the only club who were not allowed to bring up thier complaint was sevco so why did the not inform the meeting of what had taken place failing this surely they would have discuued with some of the other clubs,it doesn't make any sense that they failed to do so,let's hope that this is brought to a head on Tuesday ......lies lies and more dammed lies

Reading Inverness CT comemts on Sky where they have once again stated that they had been bullied and threatened but regardless of the outcome of tomorrow's meeting they would carry on but the clubs deserved better leadership from the SPL,is this where this is heading,is it some game by Park and one or two others to get thier opponents off the SPL board and get thier puppets in thier place, given the state of things at Ibloss even if they survive the rules would not allow them to play in Europe?? This stinks of Park and his efforts to keep sevco alive by putting every distraction he can to keep his club in being, devious it may be but he will be loud in blaming the SPL for thier problems and the mugs will latch on to it,he has planted the seed that if the league had been played out his club would have been in a healthy position they might even have caught Celtic (JOKE) just something to think about

I'm sure I read that ourselves and sevco rotate our place on the spfl board. This arrangement suited both parties when relations between the clubs were better, our common interests were more aligned then from a strictly business perspective. Not so much now. It's now obvious the sevco sphere of influence has diminished to a point where most other clubs refuse to kowtow to them the way they used to. When SR steps down (July?) and is replaced by our rep they pretty much are neutered as far as the spfl is concerned, I'd be amazed if any cordial relationship is maintained between the clubs.
As we all know Rangers then and sevco now relied on their placemen being in certain positions of power in order to ensure everything went smoothly and no questions were asked about their illegal tax schemes, nothing about why several directors were waived through when their fit and proper status should have failed the SFAs own rules, euro licence granted to them even though they failed the criteria etc etc. In their present financial situation its imperative that the old dodgy practices continue to aid them as they struggle to survive. With no influence on the spfl board and no Ogilvie/Peat/Reagan at the SFA any more they are desperate. Their recent crusade to rid the game of "incompetents" may be their not so subtle plan to get some of their own back into executive roles in order to return things to their "proper way ".
