First one announced, Newcastle at CP for the Adidas Trophy on Saturday 19th July at 3pm.
Tickets on sale at £25-30.
A disgrace that they are fleecing fans yet again by charging for this game at all, it should be on the season ticket, but £30 to watch a friendly is extortion (£25 for ST holders).

Shocking mate I just bought tickets for my Celtic friendly mates from South Shields but it’s a joke and it should be free on season book
Hopefully we get another home tie as a friendly but a doubt it
£30 for non season ticket holders is a disgrace
Charity club my arse this was perfect game for those who struggle for tickets etc a chance to go with family for decent price (we moaned at paying £42 for league decider and they are charging us £30 for friendly)
Fans are the ones that pay for the charities the club does fuck all

It wouldn't be so bad if the profits were going to a charity. i get wages etc have to be paid, but our fans wouldn't mind so much if the profit went to a good cause.

Definitely mate ..
Money is hard for everyone the now and a Family of 4 would be over £100 just for tickets to a friendly is terrible mate and they have a cheek to make a kids ticket under age of 13 😂
£10 adult £5 for kid and it would be a full house and grateful fans appreciating the price
Few years back the tickets would be free with the book mate
13 14 and 15 is still a kid
Our club are just as bad as every other club these days we are just paying customers to them they don’t care

Spot on Tommy 👍 Were just a cash cow they cannot stop milking 😡

We laugh at the gullible across the city about being ripped off but our club are catching up fast with the pricing of everything from pies to strips and season tkts. They will trot out the we spent a lot of money on transfers which they have but this has been offset by the sales in which we have come out with a profit just look at the tops 2 versions one at £120 just get the weans to hold up a sign asking for the players top . No extra games on your season tickets from Celtic anymore

When we had atl Madrid and feyenoord and lazio in champions league 23/24 season
It was more expensive for visiting away fans tickets for Celtic park than it was for them to get other 2 away games tickets put together
Read loads of Celtic blogs about our ticket price vs Dundee Utd and it was a shocking price but this season we have charged out own fans more than (£42 for single ticket for Celtic park)
My nephew and nieces will get new Celtic tops off me but it won’t be that £120 rip off
(😂I’m not a Scrooge) but fed up with the piss take

The last two seasons at parkhead if there was a public sale for the derbies it was £51 a ticket

My season ticket doesn’t have they games included so I need to pay for them separately (don’t know why as I don’t need to move seats etc)
£60 for champ league game with £1.50 fee (for non season ticket holders that was the price this season)
This is the thing that’s made me pissed off the most that we are not meant to give our season tickets to friends when we cant make game (obv I break that rule as I give it to anyone that wants to go) but it’s shit that Celtic say it’s not allowed
Teams like killie you can send someone the qr code when you can’t make game or even the Huns they can sell ticket back to club

Most people let others use their ticket if they can't attend my brother turns up for half the games due to work commitments I take friends or family in his place.Celtic haven't got the sell it back to the club scheme which surprised me as they make more money from it. I think the problem would be if someone using your tkt causes trouble then you could lose your tkt.

Yeah mate I know people do give it to family etc but I don’t think we are actually allowed to do it if that makes any sense
I think loads are nervous and don’t do it tho that’s why we see empty season ticket seats for loads of games (when it was the vouchers I can’t remember seeing many spare seats) if it was a qr code you could send to someone then I think more people would do it as that saves having to send collect the card off someone (lubo for example he takes ages to send it back😂 just joking) 🍀

I saw a ticket for the new years hun game at parkhead in 1988 and it was £3, a pint of lager average price was £1. Now the average price of a pint is around £5, which is five times dearer. The price of a ticket for parkhead for the derby game is £51 which is seventeen times more expensive. Our board seem to operate their own inflation rate 😡

Celtic have took over the rates of wonga after they went bust (taking advantage of the working class)😂

Just got email from Celtic as I asked them about Newcastle game as it’s digital tickets
tickets are not transferable from mobile to mobile and you can’t screenshot qr code as it doesn’t work
so if your going with family etc you need to scan them in first then yourself
it’s pathetic that you can’t transfer tickets
Hope season tickets don’t go digital as it will be a pain in ass to hand out my seat when it’s Available
I’ve got tickets for me and my nephew but also for some friends so will need to meet them and let them in stadium (north stand)
Then walk round to main stand to get my seat

Been thinking about this digital ticket thing Tommy..

If as you say you cant transfer once they get the season tickets up and running, I think it will have an effect on the attendance for more than a few
games each season...

For instance there's people like yourself when they cant make it, pass the card onto a friend.. And at the weekend there was loads of guys with paper tickets for sale, and of course supporters busses that pull their tickets if someone cant make it, the spare is sold to allow the seat on the bus to be filled..

IMHO they should be trying to get a system in that allows ticket transfer..

Or risk losing fans etc..

Totally agree mate this digital thing will be bad
Some people don’t like even giving season ticket card out as they need to then go and collect it again etc so this digital scheme will be worse if we can’t transfer them
other clubs you can transfer the code but Celtic hate us giving tickets to family or friends when we can’t make game
How easy would it be to sent it to someone on what’s app or some other way like a Celtic app
Even me I would feel slightly uncomfortable giving my Celtic details out so they could log in with my username and password (takes a lot for me to get uncomfortable 😂 I normally send tickets to folk that I haven’t had pleasure on meeting before 🤣 but giving out passwords etc is different)

Could be wrong but I’m sure when it was the old vouchers we had and even on seasons that we where coming second that Celtic park had less spare seats on match days than now
You walked along the galowgate and people where handing out vouchers to everyone that didn’t have a ticket and fans would actually go to parkhead without ticket knowing that they would see plenty of folk dishing out or selling vouchers

Only solution I can think of is using a burner phone to download the tickets on to then you could give the phone to whoever you want to have the ticket.
