The numbers she puts up on the board are the ones you are allowed to use to try and get to the total of the random number that pops up. As you start using these numbers you can add, subtract, divide as you go along, last but not least, you don't have to use all of the numbers you have on the board, just get to the total, or as close as possible as sometimes the numbers on the board may not get you to the total needed.
I've not been posting since that feckin disaster on Sat, can't believe my first since the game is explaining the feckin Countdown numbers game, cheers D.
