Severability A3 Each Rule shall be construed separately and, if any Rule or provision in these Rules may prove to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining Rules which shall continue in full force and effect.

This is the SPFL rule that means that Celtic won season 2019-20 , They were never awarded the tile or gifted the title. They won it by the rules.

When you meet the Bears who want to argue just tell them that the season was imperfectly completed. Apparently that's sufficient for compliance.
