The second court case that JJ mentions is the real eye-opener . It suggests that there is a move afoot to re-open the 'sale' of the Rangers' assets to Charlie Green - casting doubt on this 'sale' could mean that the GASL and his concert party friends do NOT own ''The Rangers Football Club'' .
Perhaps that man Craig Whyte will re-emerge as the rightful owner ? Who know ?

Yes , Shamrock ! Court cases ad infinitum ...what the Gullibillies don't seem to realise ( or ignore ) is that The GASL is responsible for 99% of these cases and is piling the cost on to their shoulders .
He will walk away ( YES ! They do do walking away ! ) when the golden goose is strangled by the endless costs of litigation .

but the problem is they are convinced that sevco is a company and no matter what happens to a company the club is unscathed.
Now that they believe this is intact truth and they profess it, killing a million companies will have zero effect on their right to be champions and debts mean zero, trophies pass with club, bills die with companies.
And well now they are convinced they were also cheated by being (in their delirium mindset, urged on by SFA secret agreement and complicit MSM) demoted rather than rocketed into 4th tier, they will be expecting potentially dead new club to be rocketed into premier division since everybody will die without them cheating tax dues and having unaudited accounts.
